W	W E L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the bus driver is such a meanie, rude and heartless with no compassion The station doesn't have a sign where the bus stops. They can't treat passengers like that especially on a cold rainy day. They're a bunch of nightmares. This station deserves this rating for rudeness and ill manners.
D	Dano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The TTC should enforce the contract rules WRT the construction companies work at this station. Please install proper signs for pick up and drop off, clean the construction debris from the roadway and parking lot, facilitate pedestrians (including wheelchairs). Clean and remove snow, piling up snow where people have to walk and park is not what is required by the contract or even city bylaws. It is a disgusting mess and these contractors make more profit by not fulfilling the contact they signed.
H	Henrique Koscheck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The passenger drop out waiting area in the south wing of the station has no access to the parking lot at the back and must walk 5 minutes outdoors in the winter to be able to reach the north wing, and then get in the station again, go downstairs and walk another 4 minutes to be able to access the parking lot. A disgrace. The cars in the parking lot are stuck there because they basically need to drive around the city all over again to reach to the parking drop out area in case they have family and friends waiting for them in the south passenger pick up waiting area. This station is in dire need of a new layout.
V	Villagemayor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though this is a mid rating, this is an improvement. The bathroom is much improved and is cleaner and doesn't feel like a place to do "other business". Still, it is dirty especially the bus terminal portion.

D	D Ellis-Guertin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust morning transit schedules for work... Umpteenth time I use all-night tyc to get to work before 7am... And I'm going to be late as I arrive all the bus(I need to get to Living Arts dr) schedules have changed by 20 minutes. "Live" trip planner updates are garbage. If you're coming for east Toronto prior to 6am and have to be there for 7... Add 2 hrs to your travel time. No exaggeration . Or wait til subway's open and you'll arrive 15 minutes after 7 which about the same.

L	Luther V Diaz Yap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typically on time but very busy during weekday rush hour. This transfer station is wheelchair-accessible at both the west and east side entrances. Their are also elevator to access the subway.
