★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voici un beau petit parc urbain.
Situé en bordure de la route 138 et au cœur de Yamachiche, il est des plus facile d'accès.
On y remarque surtout l'aire de jeux clôturée et aménagée pour les enfants. Lorsque j'y suis passé, vers l'heure du midi un jour de semaine de juin, l'aire de jeu était remplie d'enfants de l'école primaire située à côté. Les rires et les cris rendaient le parc vivant. Puis tout à coup, le parc s'est vidée car les enfants sont retournés à l'école, le parc a repris son air de quiétude.
Le parc comporte aussi plusieurs tables pour pique-niquer. La majorité sont à l'ombre d'arbres matures. Une toilette complète les équipements du parc; un plus lors d'une randonnée dans la région.
On peut stationner sur la rue ou dans le stationnement du presbytère à côté du parc.
 Here is a nice little urban park.
Located along Route 138 and in the heart of Yamachiche, it is very easy to access.
We especially notice the fenced play area equipped for children. When I passed there, around noon on a weekday in June, the play area was full of children from the elementary school next door. Laughter and screaming made the park come alive. Then suddenly, the park emptied because the children returned to school, the park resumed its air of tranquility.
The park also has several picnic tables. The majority are in the shade of mature trees. A toilet completes the park's equipment; a plus when hiking in the region.
You can park on the street or in the parsonage parking lot next to the park.
