β β β β β This is the second order we placed with Paramount Nursery. The plants arrive conveniently delivered in Toronto. I have found some concern with the quality of the plants. The plants delivered appear subpar in health compared to local nurseries that offer similar prices. Attached is the Standing Ovation Service Berry photo, the leaves are eaten by a bug, less healthy yellow/light green colour, and smaller in size. If you have access to a local nursery I would suggest that as your best option but during COVID this is a worthwhile alternative.
In reply to the owner's comments on June 18, 2021. I am not worried about the refund of $70 +HST for the plant that's fine. I didn't have time to write a review until now and wasn't writing to get a refund just want to let others know a word of warning, the plants are in my honest opinion lower quality and poorly cared for (smaller in size, bugs eaten, dried out, yellower leaver) than your local garden center, and as a result, will have a greater loss/dead nonperforming plants.

β β β β β We received 2 apple trees in the spring, and I was skeptical because of the extremely reasonable prices. Both trees were delivered quickly and with professional and friendly service. The trees were healthy and in GREAT shape. We followed up our first order with 2 willow trees. Again, in excellent condition and delivered quickly and with friendly service. Furthermore, our last order was purchased through donation to local food banks! If you're looking for an outstanding local company with great products and someone who genuinely gives back to the community in a true way, Paramount Nursery!

β β β β β I update my review because the owner gave the fast response and will refund the money and also offered the other solution. Good services and care of clients. (pervious reviewοΌI feel so disappointed. The price is not cheap, all these I pay 100 dollars but with so poor quality. All plants look not health and very weak and not in good condition with few branches. Hosta every leave is in this situation as shown in pictures. LUPINS looks has black spot disease. 2 pots of Tanacetum are the same so small and very weak with few strong branches. Very bad experience.οΌ

β β β β β Beautiful plants that I couldnβt find at my regular garden centre and look great in my cottage garden. Had a few issues with delivery but all was solved in a timely manner. Will definitely order more plants.

β β β β β Well, I first ordered an hydrangea and asked Simon to change the order. He forgot and sent the initial order, ok, we all make mistakes right? However the 3 astilbes that he sent were in a miserable condition. I don't know if they will thrive. I sent an email to paramount nursery last week, but I haven't hear from them yet. The local nurseries have cheaper astilbes and in a great condition. Sorry, but I can not recommend this seller. Simon tried, but I don't know if he's the owner of if he's aware of the plants that are being delivered. (!) One of them looks like a weed... I'm doing my best, but the plant doesn't seem healthy and happy. :/

β β β β β I had ordered some plants from Paramount Nurseries that got delayed a couple of times and finally Simon had to inform me that his grower would not be able to supply them. The first time they got delayed, Simon refunded me a portion of my payment. When he knew they wouldnβt be able to come at all, he refunded me my whole order and then went above and beyond to make things right and to get me plants I could use in place of the ones I had wanted..for no cost! Really impressed with the customer service shown at Paramount and I wouldnβt hesitate to order from them again. Oh, and the plants were GORGEOUS!!!

β β β β β I have purchased my lovely double knockout roses, some cedars, maple and oak tree and basically everything in my garden in front yard and backyard. Everything that is delivered is extremely healthy. The drivers are very friendly and professional. The owner, Simon answers my emails promptly and is very customer focused. Great company to deal with.

β β β β β This review deserves zero rating but I have no option for that. I purchased a combo fruit cocktail tree last September 29,2021 and lucky charm shrub for $200+, seeing all the good reviews in google as I usually donβt purchase trees from online and rather prefer buying from local nursery. The plant was delivered on time and both were healthy but unfortunately last harsh winter looked my trees and shrubs. Two apples trees that I bought last September from Sheridan Nursery where replaced. But when I emailed Paramount and Simon Moss, I got a reply blaming the Mother Nature and they refused to replace or refund. I felt so disappointed buying this online and I will not purchase anything from paramount. To my knowledge, most nurseries (local and Online) offer 1 year replacement policy but in the case as a customer I felt devalued and I lost my plant and money. I would suggest to be cautious if you want to buy from paramount because your loss is only yours. They do not care.
(This is a reply for SimonMoss response ): please check our previous email, I have not demanded for a refund , I am a plant lover and asked for a replacement, as I could not find that tree locally, it is you who offered $50 discount towards next purchase. β even then you are not ready to replace that lucky charm β, I felt your attitude towards customer as arrogant and careless, thatβs why I politely declined that discount, moreover I bought that tree in September 29( means end of the year) its not even 6 months that I purchased that tree. Hope by this attitude towards customers you too will go a long way. (By customers money).
