L	Larry Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want selection, competitive prices, helpful staff, c'mon to Make It Green garden center. They have tree's, shrubs, flowers, seeds, fertilizer, on and on. They have grown with their customers. Listened and supplied what you need to become a successful beginner, or advanced gardener. The only trouble is that my wife treats this place like a kid in a candy shop.

To quote Doug, "If you come to the store we'll find them." In the end, Doug blamed the supplier. I reached out to Doug, again: explained that I travel from Orleans; and asked him to set aside the plants if they arrived, and that would gladly pay a discounted price given my recent experiences. No response was received.
M	Max C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience in customer service in this place. I had spent over $400 in past couple years on different trees and plants there. Today we came in looking for an apple tree and were approached by a man who worked there who demanded for us to wear a masks because they were making people wear masks until noon and it was 11:30. I refused but we said we are leaving the store since they had nothing we needed and as we were leaving, my wife asked out of curiocity if 30 min will make any difference which set employee off and turned him very agressive. He started to yell "i dont care! Get out of here! We dont want your money!" at our backs. I had walked my family to the car and came back thinking it was just an emploee who took too much upon himself. So i asked store manager why i was insulted in her store. But nope, store manager was unappolagetic in the least. In fact she said: "its ok, its a rule." She did not even bother making any excuses as to why her emploee had insulted customer for no reason. I guess insulting customers is a new policy of that store. Dont buy anything in this store unless you want some underachiever on a power trip insult you , we will never come back there ourselves. There are plenty of stores in Ottawa region that have just as good selection CHEAPER PRICES and POLITE CUSTOMER SERVICE service such as Carlton Place Nursery, Ritchie, Canadian Tire in Kanata has an amazing selection.

T	Tracy T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discriminating against your clientele is not a lucrative move. While shopping, some snarky employee approaches me and tells me to put a mask on. There's no mask mandate, but she says clients must wear a mask until noon. We're outdoors. Does covid only come out before noon? Ridiculous policy. She reiterates and insists I wear one. Oh hell no. If you're scared, wear one, but don't tell other people what to do. It's disrespectful. I left and noticed she was approaching every single person who was breathing proper oxygen. I wasn't the only client to leave. Enjoy losing money. There are pleanty of other places that don't discriminate. People have had enough of being told what to do for over 2 years. Shove your mask where the sun don't shine. My body, my choice.
A	Amanda Grassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent selection and prices are reasonable (slightly higher than Canadian Tire or such like but plants are nicer). My main complaint is the staff. I asked three different employees when looking for something specific. They all only vaguely pointed in the general direction, no one walked me over or gave me very much help in general. Pretty unfriendly. Probably will look for a different local garden center. A note to the owner - good customer service is still valued.
