I have been having a tough time with meals lately due to medications and not being able to eat. Skye made meals I can and want to eat and because of Skye my pants are a little less loose. On Sunday, she made me breakfast as well as an extra plate I could eat later when I got hungry again. She went above and beyond for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the community staff were awesome and caring, I think the insite staff are so very disorganized! Perhaps the right hand should learn to talk to the left hand so they learn to work as a team!!!

You are expected to go to their office daily to get things drained, wounds cleaned and repacked, etc. They are outrageously rude to anyone who dares to ask for actual care in home. I'm ashamed by our health care system and how people are treated when they are ill and infirm after surgery. Just disgusting!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told that if I had any issues after surgery regarding my packing to call and a nurse would be able to assist. Was not expecting the nurse to advise she did not have supplies with her and to just use a gauze pad. Was informed upon discharge wound would be repacked. Seems there are issues setting proper expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like my wound care nurse. She's very thorough and from my experience, she's the best at wound care in the entire company. Noone puts my bandages on as " perfect" as she does. She's a perfectionist, and takes a lot of pride in what she does, am l am very grateful to have her. If who is ever reading this is ever in need of any kind of wound care, Theresa is the nurse you'd want. I haven't had any negative experiences with any of the nurses from ParaMed, but in my opinion Theresa is the best at wound care, she's just a kind and compassionate lady and in my opinion embodies everything a nurse should be.
