★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. My husband is a 30 year veteran of the Armed Forces the service or lack of was disgusting. He had to call them 4 days straight to try and arrange an appointment. He was suppose to get on going appointments which they didn't show up for. Each day he called he spoke to a different person with promises of a call back which he never got until the 5th day late in the afternoon. No apology or anything. Just wanting to finally make an appointment. To which he said, "no thanks, too late, I will get care elsewhere". Their response was, " oh, well you will get the same service other places as you get here". (As she laughed). Really......... how professional. My husband has had amazing care from a different company, great service, amazing job, on going appointments, amazing and professional staff. The one time he did get service from Bayshore the did a horrible job and they were very unprofessional. I would never recommend their services.
