Système déjà installé à l'achat de la propriété. Programmation fait par un technicien qui est venu au domicile très courtois et installation d'un récepteur pour manette sans fil et explications du tech. claire...Puis les complications arrivent...Reçoit une manette rem15 qui n'est pas compatible avec le boîtier de contrôle paradox... Déjà rendu à 4 appels de services et 2 visites pour la programmation et même avec les instructions de deux tech. au téléphone,aucun résultat. J'écris pour le nom d'une personne qui a peur des représailles.. Ça vous donne une idée!!! Extrêmement compliqué avec des instructions erronnées. Ils ont de grands devoirs à accomplir
System already installed when buying the property. Programming done by a technician who came to the home very courteous and installation of a receiver for wireless controller and explanations of the tech. clear ... Then complications come ... Receives a rem15 controller which is not compatible with the paradox control unit ... Already made 4 service calls and 2 visits for programming and even with instructions from two tech. on the phone, no results. I write for the name of a person who is afraid of reprisals .. It gives you an idea !!! Extremely complicated with erroneous instructions. They have big duties to accomplish

Pas capable d'avoir un bon service. Les technicien son IMCOMPETANT 90% du temps. Leur plus haute competance sont de vous redemarré le systeme. Ensuite il sont totalement perdu et ne savent plus quoi faire. Il change tellement souvent de version de model que plein de probleme arrive entre les version et il ne prennent meme pas la peine d'avertir les client sur les probleme qu'ils sont pourtant au courant. Ah la minute que vous avez un probleme vous etes seul. La meilleur chose que paradox aura a vous offrir sera de vous transferé a un autre collegue qui lui fera de même ensuite jusqua ve que vous racrochiez.
Not able to have a good service. The technicians sound IMCOMPETANT 90% of the time. Their highest skill is to reboot the system. Then they are totally lost and do not know what to do. It changes so often from version of model that a lot of problem happens between versions and it does not even bother to warn the customers about the problem they are aware of. Ah the minute you have a problem you are alone. The best thing that paradox has to offer you will be transferred to another colleague who will do the same to you until you snap.

Super bon produits, Pas de bugs. Tout marche a merveille depuis notre installation il y a 5 ans. Je vais racheter dans ma prochaine maison certain.

Z każdym nowym produktem coraz większe pole minowe. Producent nie potrafi napisać jednoznacznej instrukcji instalacji. Może gamoniu napiszesz co oznacza pojęcie password? Czy jest to w twoim rozumieniu : admin, paradox, kod użytkownika, kod główny, czy inny wyraz o którym zapomniałeś napisać przy poleceniu password? Instalator ma zgadywać, że w kolejnej wersji oprogramowania wprowadziłeś uporczywe powiadomienia jako domyślne i nie sposób tego wyłączyć z poziomu komputera lub aplikacji, lub z klawiatury mimo,że w poprzednich wersjach tego nie było????? O takich zmianach powinieneś czerwonym drukiem informować na obudowie urządzenia, opakowania i pierwszej stronie nowej instrukcji. Ludzie przez ciebie tracą czas, pieniądze i zaufanie do twoich coraz bardziej wadliwych wyrobów.
The minefield grows larger with each new product. The manufacturer cannot write a clear installation instruction. Maybe you can write what the term password means? Is this what you mean by: admin, paradox, user code, main code, or some other word that you forgot to write in the password command? The installer is supposed to guess that in the next version of the software you have introduced persistent notifications as default and it is impossible to turn it off from the computer or application, or from the keyboard, even though it was not there in previous versions ????? You should inform about such changes in red on the device casing, packaging and on the first page of the new manual. People are losing time, money and trust in your increasingly defective products because of you.

The firmware of my alarm system was "updated" after 5 years of flawless service to become a subscription-based service. Since then the app I bought years ago has become useless and the Internet module has all its functionality (except consultation) stripped. Support suggests paying for the subscription model. I do not agree. I understand that new products work like this to maximize and generate a steady cash-flow but previously functional products should not be intentiously "corrupted" to force this new business model upon older products.

After using and installing their systems for more than 6 years, I can no longer recommend them. Their products have become obsolete both hardware and software. It's not possible in 2020 to not have a proper internet connectivity, a proper and WORKING phone application, proper firmware updates... How is is possible in 2020 to pay 100$ just to add an internet module that does nothing or gets broken by a firmware update ??? If they don't change something soon they will be put to rest by the smart devices, at least on consumer market. I'm really disappointed and frustrated about their latest business model and products. So sad....
