★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there the other day, when I walked in, the cashier said hello to me, I said hello in return, I was looking at the menu board, and again she said hello to me, I guess she didn't hear me say hello to her the first time, so again, I said hello to her, in which she replied sarcastically, yes hello, hello, I looked at her for a few seconds and walked out the door, and went to another nearby restaurant and gave them my business. ( This was a French greeting of "Bonjour", I just made it easier by using the English version of "hello", for the Google English review readers.)
Unbelievable character this lady had. Customer service skills, ZERO.
If she kept her mouth shut, I would've spent at least, $15 dollars. However, that didn't happen, she lost a sale, a tip, and a customer that will never go back because of her stupid arrogant attitude. GOODBYE!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are literally always closed. Their closing time is 7:30pm but at 6:30 the lights are already out and it's happened several times. I dont even know how that particular location is still in business or why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. Pretty close to authentic Quebecois food. Certainly delicious. Just had to ask for extras such as utensils otherwise I'm not sure I would have received them. Very nice crew of employees and it was an enjoyable experience. They are very generous with their portions. Excited for the dining area to reopen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you want cheap, greasy fast food, good price/portion ratio this is a good place. No fine dining here, if you come in wanting something unhealthy you'll have a good time.
I always order from this location on uber eats. Their poutine taste better than any of the others that are closer to home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good, but they are unable to accept any American credit cards. Their credit card machine only accepts Canadian debit.
This is no fault of theirs. The owner of the chain only invests in the most basic of card reader machines.
Come here for Québecois comfort food. It’s not healthy. It’s not good for you. But it tastes wonderful.
