Un retour de 69$ sa ne peut pas être pareil pour tout le monde, en lisant les autres commentaires je trouve sa m'arrive la même chose que les autres !? Me réponds qu'est ce que tes capable de faire ? Et la on est passé à la vulgarité absolue et je découvre une vrai ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Florence is the best! She always gives me amazing advice and she takes her time because she really cares about you and your life. Yes it's a long wait on some days but of the 9 years I've gone to her, I was always satisfied with the service and the work, oh and let's not forget the price.
She is the most genuine person and never have I felt like a number.
I recommend to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could put 0 star, i would do it without any hesitation… i submitted all my information online in order to take an appointment for my tax return and they sent me an e-mail after 1 week on a sunday evening WITHOUT ANY SUBJECT telling me that i can’t take any appointment and that i must show up during working hours listed in the e-mail. This is the worst customer service i’ve ever seen in my entire life!
