Lovely clothes, not much variety... Also... It is a store that sells clothes and items for babies and it is completely inaccessible for strollers, the lady will help you if you ask her, which is appreciated. But it is not fun seeing the stroller being carried several steps and once inside you realize you are trapped there. After reading your response it is understandable the crazy prices for rent and the sacrifices you had to make in order to keep the store open. Luckily having the online service is a good idea or maybe... Visiting other locations. But I feel that maybe you are right and would be lovely to explore other places. Not coming back after your invitation of just go to other stores hahaha All the best!

Staff was so kind and friendly, everything was so nice. Goods were so cute and price was perfect. I bought some gift for my friend's little girl.

Absolutely love Parade Clothing and buy their items often as gifts for baby shower and kids birthday gifts. Low minimum purchase for free shipping which I appreciate. My last online order there was a small issue with one of the items and they rectified it immediately and were so kind. I will continue to buy from here over and over again.

Wonderful organic baby clothes! They have double zipper onesies that I haven’t seen anywhere else and now I can’t live without them! Now I can change my baby’s diaper while keeping his upper body clothed and warm. The baby pants are wonderful as well I highly recommend them. There’s a long comfy elastic at the hem to keep the pants from riding up, and to keep ur toddler from stepping on them and slipping if they’re too long. I haven’t visited the actual shop, this review is based on an online purchase I happily made. Free shipping for orders over $29 and they offer discounts here and there. Prices are extremely fair ??

I live in Toronto and shop in this store every time I come to Vancouver. The first gift I purchased for my niece before she was born was from this store and prior to my last visit last week, I would have rated this store five stars. However, my experience during my last visit was unacceptable. I purchased a pyjama for my now 20mo old niece and got in touch with my sister (her mom) who wanted something else from another store. I called the store to see if I could return the pyjama to which the associate answered that since I purchased it in store instead of online, I could not. This was a bizarre policy but I left it at that and said thank you. I thought about it for a few minutes then called back to see if any exception could be made since it was purchased the same day. She reiterated that only online purchases can be returned. She also explained that this was to protect people’s privacy so as to not collect credit card information in store and that’s only collected online. She also said that there’s no physical method to push a return through their point of sale. I told her that I’ve worked in retail for many years and though it may require an override, there is always a way to return on all point of sale systems. Also, with regards to the credit card information privacy concerns - as in every other store in the world, this is mitigated by having the physical card present. I was not asking to return anything without the card. I understand that stores have different policies and I respect that. I would respect this store’s policy much more if they didn’t allow for returns of any kind. Many small boutiques only allow for merchandise exchanges or credits, which makes sense. But this policy to only allow for returns for online orders is just bad customer service. It’s unfortunate that such a silly circumstance can leave such a sour taste in one’s mouth. Too bad - loved your store.

Excellent customer service! Kelly was phenomenal! She was helpful and promptly responded to my emails, even followed up with a phone call to process my exchange. Impressed that they paid for shipping for sending my new item. Love the quality and durability of Parade Organics for my little one. Highly recommend!
