Went there to try and find something for my daughter's sensitive skin and a young lady Shari introduced me to some local brands which I appreciated. I always try to support local businesses. I worked in retail a while back and I was very impressed at how well she managed the floor and took care of everyone inside by herself. I will definitely be back.

A	Allan L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS I have purchased items from Active baby on 2 separate occasions for different items. Both times they have not been fulfilled and it took them over a week to call to advise of the bad news. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but shame on me for falling for it twice. They admitted their inventory system has discrepancies with their website but my purchases were bought 4 months apart and they still have not resolved the same issue which is Unacceptable. I would avoid Active Baby as you can potentially miss out on sales from other stores (especially during big sales like Black Friday / Boxing day) while waiting for shipments that never arrive and you're left empty handed. Very unprofessional.

They answered my questions and helped me build some of my registry, and were not pushy or in my way as I browsed. The perfect balance!

S	Steph Ballard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely avoid their online ordering system! I placed an order, and after weeks of waiting I called them. They told me they didn’t have one of the items (and had no expected date of delivery, so why was it online?). I asked for a refund of the whole order and got a confirmation email. A week later, still no money in the bank. I called again, they looked at my order, and realized the items were refunded but not the money!?!? So if I hadn’t called they would have just kept my money and given me nothing. They say they can’t do a refund at the store, it has to happen at the mythical “warehouse” but no one answers there when I call. Such a headache, still no money, and I’m going to have to keep calling until I get it back. What a terrible system!!!

As a first time mom who had many doctors say I couldn’t have children and to finally hold my baby in my arms was a dream come true. I walked into the store not knowing what would be the best option for my baby but Shari and her team made sure I was educated on each product I had an interest in purchasing. I thought I was taking up a lot of their time because I was indecisive but they assisted me for almost an hour. Shari’s smile and friendly personality is top notch and I will definitely be back. Her and her team reassured me. I will definitely share my experience with my friends and future mothers as your team showed me that I can still be provided with excellent service and I was not stereotyped. We reside in another province and called the store with some questions after perusing the Active Baby website. Antonia took her time and went above and beyond to help us in our research for a full package twin stroller plus car seats. Antonia took the time to confirm compatibility of accessories and offered great recommendations. The level of professionalism, patience, care, and detail afforded to us helped us make our purchase plus be well-informed and confidently equipped for future purchases and adjustments. We ran into some website glitches upon check-out and Antonia offered to help monitor the transaction/order for us. In the midst of navigating learning curves about products for babies and new parents, we are so grateful for great service, sound advice, and guidance. Kudos, Active Baby. Thank you, Antonia!
