Para Space is extremely professional right from the consultation to the delivery of their work. We did several projects such as landscaping of our front yard, backyard, building of retaining walls and deck, deck lighting, and paving. We couldn’t be happier and every project has exceeded our expectations. Campbell and his team have a wealth of knowledge and their attention to quality and detail is impeccable. Campbell and Joe are amazing. Everyone that worked on the premises were always very friendly. Highly recommend this company!

I have known Para Space Landscaping a short time (3 months) and can't believe that I've never used them before. We've developed a quick and trusting relationship with their crew(s) who demonstrate incredible professionalism and consistency through all weather conditions. I truly appreciate that they are an inclusive employer and demonstrate a great diversity of staff who deliver consistent, high quality results. I feel lucky to have listened in to conversations between supervisors and staff and have seen a high degree of accountability, understanding of tasks (task times, daily personnel reports) and delivery of high expectations. Supervisors seem to genuinely care for each staff and exhibit strong mentoring for those that are new to the site. I also notice how every staff introduces themselves at the beginning of every shift (because they aren't always the same week to week). I think this all translates well to a great work culture which means the grounds are very well cared for.

Our Strata in North Vancouver's Lower Londsdale used Para Space for a very large back planter project. It was removal of all plants/trees/soil from 20' x 150' planter. After remediation they returned to reinstate the planters with new irrigation, soil and plant/shrubs/trees. They were extremely professional and their pricing was very fair and reasonable. Communication was always excellent and the workers courteous, professional, and well behaved. We will definitely use Para Space again and highly recommend them!

We as a strata use Para as we call them as our primary service provider to look after almost 200 homes in our development Tsawwassen Springs. The service has been exemplary from day one and the senior management have been nothing less than interactive positive and supportive through some trying times as we are a phased development that comes with its obstacles and at some times was quite complex. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that all homeowners are treated with respect and are communicated with as required to make the landscaping experience a positive one. I had a few small projects performed by Para Space in late autumn last year, including a seasonal clean up of a boulevard bed, removal of an established but sadly dying row of ceanothus, installation of cedar hedges and shrubs in aforementioned area, building a raised vegetable bed, and the installation of decorative pebbles in two small areas. I was most impressed by Emerson who was in constant communication with me as we drew up the list of tasks till the completion of aforementioned projects. Emerson took the time to listen to my needs and priorities, and he seemed to understand the importance of itemizing a detailed proposal to ensure a smooth execution and fulfillment of agreed upon items - while the projects were modest in size, there were finicky specifics to work through. There was a few matters of concern for me when work commenced. For instance, a row of lavender shrubs were overlooked in the seasonal clean up. But when I notified Emerson, he addressed the problem accordingly. We also had to troubleshoot a few other matters on site, and it was really such a refreshing change to collaborate with someone like Emerson, who was able to communicate respectfully, display a high level of professionalism, and impeccable work ethics. Emerson not only managed the projects, but he was also hands on in performing the tasks as well. I noted that he insisted on a thorough clean up of the sidewalk, hosing down all the dirt on it - it was an immaculate clean up, and some of my neighbours commented on it after. He even returned on a weekend to complete a few minor tasks. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Para Space Landscaping.

We had Para Space in to our strata complex this year to remove and replace cedars, trees, shrubs and plants. The team from beginning to end were excellent friendly and professional. Great customer service and good quality products all the way! We will defiantly use them for all of our future projects. I highly recommend them!

I've worked with Para Space a few times in the past for our townhouse projects, and it was a great experience. Jennifer and her team were very professional, top notch workmanship and always completed the work in the provided time frame. I've worked with several landscapers in the past and Para Space is now my go-to contractor for landscaping works.

We recently had Para Space remove an old rotting trellis and put in a new one. They had to trim back our beautiful wisteria and Cody assured us that it would grow back within a couple summers. It has been a couple months and the wisteria is looking healthier than ever and is growing fast. I'm sure he's right and we will see beautiful full coverage over the next summer or two. We did have a couple issues with the beams warping a bit after installation, but they sent a crew right away to take care of fixing and replacing beams as needed. Para Space looks after all of our landscaping and they do a great job. The staff are professional and kind. Cody is a total plant expert and we have been really lucky to have him looking after our landscaping. With his help, we have made changes to some of the landscaping and plants in the last couple years and he always has the perfect suggestion for what we could put in.
