Always friendly, knowledgeable, fast and very fair service on most gear you would need for production. Rented from them the first time I shot a commercial when I lived in Ontario, and I've been back ever since now that I live here! Really great people.

My business partner and I have been looking for an actual camcorder for a while. Not a lot of stores have them now a days and it has been a complete hassle talking to different camera stores. Luckily with Lorne it was a great experience. I called and talked to a guy named Brett and he was super helpful from the start. Super impressed with their customer service and their selection is great as well!

LLSR is the best rental house in the city. No doubt. They care about your project and really want you to create the best images possible. Highly recommend!!

Incredible resource! I have been there quite a number of times and have had several interactions with a number of the staff from the front to back of the store. I have been left with a very positive overall impression. First, the store is loaded with lots of great inventory for film making and more.. I am always impressed at their general product knowledge and furthermore they talk to me with respect and decency even though I am not a big spender. The last couple of times, I believe her name was Yeas, she spent a huge amount of time helping me with some small ticket items and just pour her attention into my direction. I am very grateful for your help, thanks it really means a lot to me. One of the things I love most about her is: there was some facts or information that she wasn't 100% on and she went to others in the store and online to confirm her facts - which by the way, she was "on-point" with. But that just goes to show you what the motivation is and in my option its all about the customer. Also the young gentleman in the back corner "sorry I have forgotten your name" sold me a product (awhile ago but I wanted to provide a couple of exceptional examples of my experience), I took it home and was unable to make it work, called him, he asked that I come back and suggested that we do some hands on testing to see if we could figure out a solution and unfortunately it was defective from the supplier. Without any issue, he replaced it with a new one and what I found to be "over-the-top customer service" and on his account, he suggested that we open it up and test it to make sure we had a good working unit. He took a considerable amount of time with me and went above and beyond. I love local business like this one and I will go out of my way trying to support them in anyway that I can. I had to give this rental house a 3* and in hope for management to improve sale department services. I arrived at rental house before 9am opening to return a over the counter purchase of a brand new, seal original box with receipt. I waited until 9:30 am where the sale rep. has not arrived. I could no longer waited. I had to push hard for another individual to not waste my time by processing the refund. I was consistently give a run around of why, whom can or cannot process the refund. I was even asked to leave the puchased material and the return can be processed once the sale rep. arrived. I'm perplexed and disappointed where the house needs to have another individual ready to do any processes if a customer arrive at opening of store. LLSR Refund Policy: 100% refund within 7 days, unopened, seal parts. No refund on special order.

Best place to get all and any kind of equipments you need for any type of shoot. Their process for equipment renting is very easy and fast. Highly recommend.
