At first I felt the uniforms are a bit pricey especially for girls, BUT they last for a few years. Excellent customer service. Pavneet was really quick on responding to my inquiry and following up on it. She helped me sort the right size for my kids and assisted me with a generous smile and a kindness. She answered every question I had and guided me through the online purchase. Thanks Pavneet!

I’ve been accustomed to uniform stores around the lower mainland in childhood and now a customer with Neat Uniforms as a parent for 7 years. My experience with Maggie this summer was exceptional. I am very impressed by her vast product/warehouse knowledge, and superb customer service. She went above and beyond to attend to my needs. She practiced comfortable social distancing measures during appointments and was very pleasant throughout despite my unique and time sensitive requests. Her phone etiquette is also on point. During one swift phone call she remained very patient and pleasant while guiding me through two entire sets of uniforms and gym gear for both of my children and the entire order shipped to my home in days. All the pieces were in perfect condition and the sizes were all accurate. She advised me of promotional offers and I was pleasantly surprised upon reviewing my itemized receipt that based on the current Back to School promos, a significant amount of savings was shaved off my bill. After meeting Maggie, I have a new found confidence that our school uniform needs at Neat will no longer be very daunting but instead be met with friendliness, efficiency and ease. Since this recent encounter, I’m left with a positive impression that the team is stronger and things have improved. I’m hopeful that the service is here to stay.

We have always received impressive customer service from Neat Uniforms, but I have to say that Pav Grover’s service has been over-the-top fantastic! Via several emails, Pav patiently helped us figure out the correct sizes to order and made returning our incorrect order super-easy. What should have been time-consuming and frustrating, was made simple and pleasant. Thank you Pav and Neat Uniforms!

There was a wait time but worth it. I see every employee working really hard . Customer satisfaction level is 5:5.. Lady managing floor and checking in customer was really patient. There was proper discipline and management of return and exchanges… walk in customers… inspite of being really busy she was polite and patient. Thank you neat uniforms for helping us for our last minute shopping today

Had to get my uniforms last minute without an appointment and floor manager was great managing the long line of walk ins, regularly providing updates. Very friendly and polite and helpful. Would recommend customers buy in advance to avoid long wait times.

Excellent customer service. I ordered uniforms over the phone. Pavneet and all the staff were very patient and informative with my unending questions about product, fit, accessories. The uniforms arrived this week and the fit on my children was great. Thank you for your courteous customer service!

I'm really disappointed in the way I was spoken today when I called neat uniforms for help. I bought items that were consider clearance. On my online receipt it did not indicate that I could not exchange them for sizes. I understand that it was their policy to not accept clearance items after the fact. I found the wording misleading as in you don't get your money back but you can still exchange items til Sept 15. It was all very confusing. As it was an honest mistake on my part for ordering the wrong sizes; I felt that more care and sympathy could've been expressed when I told them. I was not used to ordering sizes for my child online and made a mistake. I was asking for help and further assistance to correct this. Unfortunately, I did not received it. The manager kept making excuses on how she could not help me on her end. She basically told me to figure it out myself. The tone of voice from the manager was very condescending and rude. I felt belittled when she told me how I couldn't understand the sizing on the website. It is quite overwhelming to be honest. I am a very visual person and there was not much to help with visual reference. I feel disappointed that I have to buy uniforms here for my children. I wished I didn't have to give my business to them. I feel more customer and empathy training for staff is needed. I'm still in shocked by the way I was spoken to. I'm not going to be a one time customer; I would need to buy uniforms for them for years to come. Wouldn't they want to provide the extra effort to give and continue customer satisfaction? I feel compelled to post my experience online to prepare future customers. I wished I could rate them zero stars.
