★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took months to get one piece of glass made. Both me and my mother went in several times to pick it up and it was never ready even though they said it would be. Still got charged full price and the cut of the glass was totally wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a window pane over a year ago. We've been calling them regularly to see if it's in. They said something about supplier problems. Then they said it's mixed in with a big order and they can't reach it without it breaking. Absolutely the worst customer service. Have no idea how they are still in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never ordered glass before. I've never built a fish tank before either. I was iffy on if these guys even did small orders. These guys made the experience awesome. Even though I was nervous and a bit iffy on exactly what I needed. They also didn't treat me like an idiot when the stuff needed to be recut because I made a boneheaded mistake in my measurements. They cut, ground the edges and packed it up had it ready for me next day!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off a window on Monday after calling around and Paquette Glass assuring me they could do my window and have it done by the following day. Because ya know "that's an easy job we just have to remove the glass and put a new one in and wait for it to dry" it will take a entire day for the glue to dry is what I was informed... Great! That's perfect we should have our window the following day.. LOL! Called the next day and the reply I got was "I have your number dont I? I'll give you a shout when its done" okay... wed morning comes, I call again to see a ETA I was told it will be done at the end of Wed as it is drying but to call before I come because they step out for emergencies.... Wednesday at 430 30 mins before closing I show up no one is there. But that's okay bc I was warned they might step out.... Thursday I go at 9am to pick up my window that should be finished..i walk in and he is hanging out on the couch in the middle of the front entrance, I say I'm here to get my window I dropped off monday and gave my name. Oh ya we are starting that today...... UM HELLO?! AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT SEES AN ISSUE ALL AROUND HERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother Placed a order of 2 simple glass coverings for coffee tables, was told it would be ready in 2 days, showed up to be told it would be Done within the hour "forsure" but she had to work so she said shed be there the next day .
When she arrived the next day they told her she needed to come back the following day AGAIN so when she called to see if it was ready the next day they told her they hadn't even started them yet.
How are these guys still in business? Unreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst customer service ever received! Brought a simple window in to have the glass replace, was told it would be ready in 2 days. Went to pick up the first time , the window was still in the same spot I left it . The older gentleman that I had seen the first time assured me it would be done by Monday , called on Monday , he couldent find my window , I called him back told me it was drying it would be ready the following day , I show up the following day to pick up , he then tells me it takes a long time to dry. It’s going to ready for sure no problem on Wednesday , he promises (considering it’s getting cold and I need it!) all the time dealing with this older gentleman.. i show up to pick up , he’s not there but his son is. And my window is not drying or done they haven’t done anything to it , since they need to Order the glass and that takes 2 weeks. So now he orders the glass states he won’t charge me because of all this , saying his father shouldn’t even be working there any longer because he’s been doing this a lot.! Now we’ll over 2 weeks and no call and no window!
I have never in my life experience such unprofessional, unthrusworthy, bunch of people!
Simply horrible !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Paquette Glass for over 35 years and find that they are the best. I owned a 100+ year old house that they had no difficulty in replacing windows. Screens that needed replacing, no problem. Today they are assisting me with triangular window replacements in a modern house, at a reasonable cost. Fully recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed, they have had a antique mirror of ours since the pandemic started and I went to pick it up a month ago and found out they are out of business! No one called to tell me it was ready and that they were going out of business! This mirror has been in our family for a long time and I am heartbroken that someone else is enjoying my mirror, I consider it stolen!!!! Not very professional! I wonder how many other people's things have been acquired the same way!!!! I tried sending messages and no one gets back to me! I am very angry can you tell?
