★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad was at his practice 7 days ago and had a full evaluation. He's an 80 year old senior. No contact whatsoever was made after his initial visit. We ended up at the hospital 7 days post his visit in severe pain. After spending several hours in emergency he was finally looked at just to find out he had a bladder infection, my father spent over 7 days in pain with no antibiotics and was not contacted by Dr Papanikolaou. The Dr onsite must have been uncomfortable telling us this. I think in his profession he would be a bit more careful and precise. Getting back to his patients should have been top priority after such finding, my dad is still at the hospital recovering no thanks to the Dr who attended him. Shameful, perhaps he should find another career which would allow him to be so careless. Would he have done this t o his own Father?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband was in ER at Credit Valley Hospital and was found to have an obstruction of some type, likely a kidney stone. Dr Papanikoloau went out of his way to ensure my husband was taken to the operating room that evening. He was thorough in checking in with us throughout the evening to let us know my husband would be having surgery with him as soon as an operating room was free. He was so kind and knowledgeable in answering our many questions, and his bedside manner is fantastic. We feel so fortunate to be under his care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People are going to the doctor to relieve a pain or solution for the sickness and All they think is the big help here. after suffering 11 days from Kidney stone and referral of the ER to this doctor. I had to wait for a long time and after seeing the doctor, Looks like he did not review the note that his assistance added up to the file and he did not know about the ER notes as well. He mentioned X Ray still shows the stone which I felt it for such a long time and His final solution was following up with 4 weeks. nothing else??????????? who gives a "F" after 4 weeks since he did absolutely nothing for my pain. Be a Man, Be a Doctor and Not a Businessman. You have an oath

Professional and gentle with the baby, he patiently answered the questions from both of us scared parents and reached out to ensure that we received proper care. We feel that we are in good hands and are very grateful.
