Papa John's Pizza

Great pizza at a reasonable price. Came in and ordered there and got the pizza and breadsticks quickly and easily. Also tasted great as well. Highly recommend!

The worst store that I have ever been ordered. Ordered the pizza 2h ago, and it’s still delivering. Called the store service staff, she didn’t reply and hang up. Interesting.

Absolutely disgusting behavior all around. Drop pizza off outside the building. No attempt to contact to say pizza has arrived. When called to inquire about pizza staff just kept saying pizza has been delivered and no refund will be given and hanged up on. Go out of the building 3 hours later to find a cold wet pizza. This place is a prime example of how to go out of business 101.

Yesterday at 10 pm (Jan 25th) I had to finished a job (I am a contractor) and knowing that I will have to stay onsite I tried to order pizza delivery. First, it took a long time to understand each other! Also, instead of asking for my phone number , first name and address, the person insisted on having both my first and last name (are they doing contact tracing???) and my address with the postal code .Because I didn’t had the postal code for the place I am working at , they refused to take my order. After they took my credit card, etc. This is not my first time ordering pizza. I I also worked in the past in pizza shops. This was a first very unpleasant experience . I will definitely avoid this place from now on and spread the word !

I read a few reviews and it looks like I experienced similar service as others. I called in to order for pickup. I was on hold for a while, after that they asked me if I was this other person right off the bat I didn't even have time to say hello and insisted on that name for a while. I said no that is not my name... Not sure why as I never have ordered from this location before and also had my number for over 10 years now. Then they proceeded to ask for my first and last name and insisted on giving them a last name "to confirm your information"????. I have ordered from multiple different pizza places, and restaurants all over I have never come across a place where they insisted on a last name, in fact most places just want a phone number and maybe a first name to the order. Then they kept asking if I wanted this or that from the menu not allowing me time to speak of what I actually wanted. I understand they have to push their specials or part of their menu but you have to leave the customer to either ask if they wanted some help ordering or allow them to talk. If this wasn't a franchised company and well known I probably would not have continued with my order. I went to pick the pizza's up and the quality was awful than what we are used to in other locations. Highly would not recommend calling in for this papa johns pizza. Left me feeling very disappointed.

This is the 3rd time we have experience the worst customer service ever. The manager at this store is so rude and does not offer any help or solutions. Frankly, she is awful and does not have any customer service skills what so ever. If this were my store, I would be truly embarrassed that this is how things are run when I am not around. Today she even hung up on me. I called to place my order for delivery, through the call centre. They put it all together for me, specials and all. Transferred the order to the Alma store for confirmation & payment. Once transferred, our order is no where to be found. The manager instantly starts arguing with me and saying that I have never placed an order and those specials are no longer valid. Yet we are looking at the specials online, and just had the call centre confirm. When I asked for the managers name, she would not give it to me. We also asked if she could provide us with head offices number and the answer was no. She would not provide us with any solutions, told us to order online and not call the store or head office... The first time we placed our order online for delivery. They did not have a driver, so they called and asked us if we could come pick it up. We were unable to, that's why we choose delivery in the first place. So they hired someone who came in to get their own pizza and asked them to deliver ours, a random person... They gave a random person our home address. Our order arrives and we have the wrong pizza.... We ordered a meat lovers and were sent a deluxe. When we called to complain, they apologized, but since they did not have a driver they were unable to deliver a new one. She told me that the manager would call me the next day. We never got a phone call & when we called in, there were no notes about this happening or any awareness of the situation. No credits were offered. The second time we decided to go through door dash as we assumed they did not have a driver again. Our driver arrives with only one pizza, missing the second and our drinks. AGAIN she asks if we are able to come pick it up as they have no help. Finally after 15 minutes on the phone with this manager - she hires a uber driver to bring us our missing order.. After all these terrible experiences, delays, missing items, and rude interactions, we have not been offered anything to make up for it. Do not ask me why, we decided to try and let them redeem themselves tonight and attempt to order one last time. We will never make that mistake again. Papa Johns Alma Store's customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced.

Yum yum yum! That's the only thing that I can say. I tried the Sausage and the extra cheese pizza....just the way I like it! ❤️ Great quantity, sufficient for 2-3, great quality of food. And extra courteous customer service. Kudos to the Papa John's team for their hospitality! Will keep on coming here Thank you Papa John's for satisfying my hunger ?
