W	Will Smox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very unhappy tonite with my service at papa johns one of your staff members at 726 pm January 17th was very rude to me and said I couldn't have donair sauce on the side and I am going to talk to your cooperate about this problem and tell your customers that their service was not great and all I asked for was donair sauce on the side for my garlic fingers and the manager last time gave me donair sauce so very unhappy and you made my pizza experience the worse and especially worse because I have a severe disability and this needs to be fixed

s	samantha law on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible customer service skills… ordered a large pizza lastnight, after going in and having a very rude and awkward interaction with tanya (the cashier/front of house worker) i opened my pizza to find the whole thing burnt. not even 5 minutes after picking up my pizza i called back to get it remade (as it was quite inedible) and was told that they are closed..? it was 10:48pm when i made the call not sure when the hours of operation changed but it’s not posted anywhere. i was told to call back today to speak to Robin, and when i did so, tanya was back on the phone with one worded answers. Tanya is horrible at her job, it is more than clear she has spent her time working and is ready for possible retirement. working front of the house at an establishment means you hold great customer service skills and are enthusiastic about your position.. none of which this worker is. i will be returning for my payed for pizza, but hopefully served by someone who wants to be doing their job correctly.
