Today's visit was no exception, in spite of COVID and the restrictions needed to serve customers, the employees did a great job getting pet food to the people. (In spite of one very rude customer who was in a hurry - they handled this difficult person with professionalism and kindness.) Love this place!

This is the only pet store chain that had small sample bags....saved me a ton of money finding a dry food my dog would eat AND they are CANADIAN! Adios Petsmart and Pet valu. I am now a Global Pet Food customer for life.

We have been dealing with his issues for 5 years and she was able to give me good advice and info no one else has and save us a little cash. Thank you for being customer focused and not price point driven. Side note our dog boy actually loves the food she recommended and eats no problem his previous more expensive food was very hit and miss if he would eat it.
