D	Daniela DiSanto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 8 souvlaki dinners. Chicken was burnt and the order took 1 1/2 hours to arrive. We were across the street from the restaurant. When approached about the delay they blatantly lied to us. The order was totally messed up. Did not enjoy our experience or our dinner at all.

When I called for a new lasagne or refund I was told it was not their fault but the fault of the delivery driver. I explained it was packed poorly and the container fell right through the wet bag. After being passed around from one staff to the next I finally got a young girl who flat out told me she would not refund or deliver the lasagne and garlic bread. It was my fault for going through a delivery service. She was insistent and very rude. This made me angry. She ended up hanging up on me. Jims use to be a great restaurant. Unfortunate. Even though it was not their responsibility the delivery company refunded half of the 40.00 order.

I bet if you give that meat to a dog, he won't take it no matter how hungry he's l. To be fair, the appetizer was not bad, and they gave me discount on that dirty plate..
A	Alina Coman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s funny to see how mixed the reviews are. We liked the pizza, the lasagna and the salad we had. I guess is the sauce that splits the reviewers. Overall, I liked this place, the kids too!
B	Bri Guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my first time at this location. Delivery. Medium Jim’s special, large Caesar salad and a poutine. For a Jim’s pizza, my least favourite was the pizza. I was told by someone, you will love it or hate it. I did in fact hate it. Not what I expect for a pizza sauce or crust. Way too sweet and the crust was slimy. The more I ate, the more I disliked. There was a distinct flavour I didn’t enjoy, like a pumpkin type spice and it overwhelmed the entire pizza. I’ll not order the pizza again. The salad was a 7/10. Vinegar dressing. Lettuce very watery that drowned the Caesar flavour but it was much better than the pizza. The best part was the poutine. Really enjoyed. Gravy had a lot of flavour lots of cheese. Would order the poutine again. Overall, most likely will not be back. The pizza being a the biggest disappointment.

The food portions was large and filling. We highly recommended this place to anyone who enjoys Greek and Italian cuisine.
M	Mizz Behavin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad to say this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Not because of the taste but because of the way it’s made. First of all, the pizza wasn’t even cut throughout so when trying to get a piece all the toppings slid right off. Destroyed the pizza. Literally had to cut the whole pizza ourselves. Second the pepperoni they use is huge, like as round as a tennis ball huge and cooked under the cheese, making the rest of the toppings slide off the pizza when you take a bite if you’re not careful to make sure the whole pepperoni doesn’t slide off. The sauce isn’t a traditional pizza sauce either. It’s not bad but just different. Definitely will never get pizza from here again.
C	Chris Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never, ever, EVER left a restaurant before I had eaten my meal. Today was a first. I'm glad I went for the experience, it was hilarious! I am so embarrassed for the people who own this and think they have a fine restaurant. Started with calamari and "famous" meatballs. Calamari was well over cooked. Meatballs were processed, and only warm while the sweet tomato sauce and goopy cheese over and around them were piping hot. I wanted to try the rigatoni, but they were "out of stock". I went with the chicken cacciatore, wife ordered the chicken saltimbocca, which says it is marinated in white wine. My dish was disgusting with lots of water in the bottom of the dish. My wife's dish, despite saying it was marinated in white wine, had red wine poured over it (after cooking, not cooked in). Both chickens were rubbery. We took one bite of our entrees and got up to leave, we offered to pay for the food we had ordered even though it was awful but they graciously only charged us for the apps we had eaten.
