I cannot day enough about the service at the store and of one particular employee, Ashely Medeiros! I had gone shopping in a buy 2 get a 3rd free weekend and picked up my 3 items. The next day when I was showing someone my purchases I realized one of the boxes was EMPTY!!! My heart sank and I went back to the store and Ashley was the person who the saleswoman I dealt with referred me too. Ashely was calm and empathetic and when she looked into what I said and saw that the inventory on the system did not match the inventory in store she immediately rectified the situation!! I was extremely stressed and Ashley remained calm and understanding and reassured me that they would help me with my issue! I highly recommend the store and service!!!

I went today expecting to buy multiple charms for various people, the service was terrible, the girl who served me was so lazy and every time I asked to see charms she referred me to a pamphlet and told me to come back to her when I knew what I wanted. Also, while serving me, she abruptly stopped to help someone else and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. When I go to a store it’s because i want to see the charms they have and browse and make a selection, I would have just ordered online and not gone to the store at all!

Making sure that I would not go to the store on a wild goose chase, I called before going to verify if they had what I wanted. I spoke with Krystel. I gave her 2 numbers of charms I wanted. She confirmed they had them. I asked if she could set them aside that I would pic them up right away, she obliged. I get to the store, get in line at the cash to pick up my items. I soon as I asked for Krystal, she took care of me right away. She rung in my purchase, with a 10 dollar rebate, offered me a gift receipt, she boxed it and put it in a gift bag. I had no issue. The only thing I observed during my visit is that the sales personnel, young ladies, sometimes don’t seem to know how to interact with customers. They look a bit shy and clueless. Maybe offering a bit more of training on how to greet customers and all would help the customer satisfaction. They need to look engaged in the process. I am completely satisfied with today’s experience. Thank you!

I went to this location to purchase a mother's Day gift for my aunt.I will say that the experience was very underwhelming because out of this huge line I was standing in one of the employers walked past me while asking everybody else if they knew what they wanted etc she only gave me a book to look at once I finally got to go into the store about an hour later they had nothing in stock okay fine I ignore that because I was being considerate that they were busy but then the salesperson wasn't very helpful but again I tried to be not too hard because it was busy I try to ask her questions I spent more than almost $300 that day I also asked her I wanted to get something for my bracelet but I am still new to the Pandora I didn't know what I wanted but she's just shrugged me off she said to look in the book and look online so I did made my selection and came back today.anyway so I came back today new employer she was nice but not very helpful the charms that I had already wanted she's telling me that they don't fit for my bracelet so I'm asking her what does fit for my bracelet because the last experience she told me to look in the book and I did and now I'm being told it won't fit my bracelet I mean oh you can put it on if you want but it won't fit the Clipper part. She showed me ones that I wasn't too crazy about. The look of disappointment on my face . I wasn't too happy but still continued to show me that one so I purchased it knowing that I can exchange in 30 days at another location. My boyfriend got me the bracelet back in February for Valentine's Day the rose gold one I told her my concerns from day one that the bracelet wasn't shiny she saw me the cleaning product I've been trying to clean my bracelet and it's still not shiny.very discolored I barely wear it I don't know if this was a faulty one she's not helping me she's telling me this just clean my bracelet I told her I have it's still not shiny I'm just very upset I just going to find another location to go to I still have my receipts these are not cheap products so for me spending my hard-earned money and leaving unsatisfied I'm not very happy. One of them plays tried to give a compliment to my discolored bracelet and I confronted her about the issue she said what do you bathe in it I said no I barely wear it since February and instead of trying to help me to solve the problem she shrugged her her shoulders very awkwardly and looked at me and just kind of like it stopped the conversation. I know the salesperson I was speaking to was French didn't really speak English so maybe but I felt like she's just wanted to hurry up get me out there and make this out and leave.

I went to this place today with my boyfriend to purchase 2 bracelets as a Christmas gift. The people there were so rude and so unprofessional. End up getting out cause it’s not worth it!

I would never recommend this place. I went there on the 28th with my friend we wanted to get matching rings and they had a 50% off sale we had to wait more the an hour because the lady in the front only prioritized people who came for a return or exchange the other 2 workers were extremely unprofessional and very rude with us we asked to see the rings that were on sale and they gave us unattractive looking rings I couldn't believe that I waited an hour, the workers kept saying how happy they were to finish in 13 minutes instead of helping us It was a disagreeable service after paying the lady tells me the ring is " none exchangeable none reimbursable" they don't even deserve a star they need better workers.
