★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they do respond if you leave a message and an email. I've missed the guys pick up and when I called and sent an email an hour later the guy came by and took our stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my family have been using pan disposal for many years and use both their organic and garbage program they are very nice and even when I was younger I used to run up to the driver and he would give me candy as a teenager now I really appreciate what they do and their service is great :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication. Very vague, doesn't accurately answer questions and takes over a week to respond each time. After speaking with this company via email, their response was "too bad you thought communication was poor but dont falsify information that other companies are up here as there are none"(basically called me a liar)
We just moved here and found another company who was willing to answer our questions in a respectful manner and went above what was needed. Word of mouth is that this company is not well received by the community for the poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been dealing with Pan Disposal for both our garbage and compost pick up for many years now (well over 20). When my husband was alone at home, they actually came down our driveway to get the garbage since he is in a wheelchair and couldn't get the can up to the end of our long driveway. I think that alone speaks volumes of this family run business. Our pick up is always on time (with the exception of the occasional snow storm) and their drivers courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have lived in the area for a few years and have found Pan Disposal to be both courteous and prompt in my dealings with them. They always return my calls and always pick up my garbage and organics when they say they will on the schedule. The drivers even wave to me when they see me after I met them one morning taking out my bins! I would definitely recommend friends and family in the area to use Pan Disposal if they weren't already signed up!
