★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this orthodontist under circumstance. The lady that answered the phone was very rude to me. Dr Palmer was cold and very rude as well. He got frustrated because i told him about my concern. He made some very condescending remarks etc...Took off my braces before time, told me to wear it for six months of which i did, and now my teeth looks like i never had braces...my advice to anyone that is looking for braces is to shop around, don't just look at the cost, evaluate the service and read the reviews as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Palmer and his staff are fantastic! I have had my braces off since 2004 and have a bonded retainer on the backside of my teeth since then. I was not a patient of this office when my permanent retainer wire broke off this past weekend, causing me pain, discomfort and worry that my teeth would shift. I called Dr. Palmer's office in a bit of a panic first thing Monday morning to see if they could help. Within the hour, I was laid back on the chair getting my wire glued back into place. Dr. Palmer and his staff treated me like I was a long-time patient and took my worry away. I walked out knowing that any additional work I may ever need done will be at this office, and this office alone. Thank you Dr. Palmer and staff so much for coming to my emergency orthodontic rescue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are just beginning treatment for our daughter, however through the numerous consultations and issues with my insurance company everyone in the office is amazing to deal with. Dr. Palmer has always been upfront and honest with what needed to be done and the best way to deal with her issues. They are very friendly and accommodating, soo glad we chose Dr. Palmer and his staff! I highly recommend Dr. Palmer and Palmer Orthodontics!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two things I request from an Orthodontist. Do what you say you can do and my time. This office runs like a clock and I love that! My first son finished his braces there in April. Every appointment was explained, on time, and friendly! His smile is just what we hoped it would be! I started my second son there this month and I love how they try to accommodate for school and our life with his appointments. They explain every step of the way and tell us realistically what we can expect when finished. They have an office full of friendly and efficient staff. I recommend Dr. Palmer to all my friends!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an adult currently receiving orthodontic treatment by Dr. Palmer and his fantastic staff. They are professional and go above and beyond to serve the needs of their patients. They are friendly and accommodating with my busy schedule. I moved to Sherwood Park mid-way through my treatment and because I am so happy with Palmer Orthodontics I refuse to move, even though it would be so much more convenient. Even my son will be receiving treatment with them now. Love them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents weren’t able to afford braces for me so when I was 16 I saved and when I was turning 17 I told them I was able to get them on my own they took me to a room and told me I’d be expensive I said yes I have the funds I was so proud of myself for paying for them on my own. I love my smile and now my daughter to also go there too. So happy with their services I just hope next time someone goes in there they support them instead of making them feel uncomfortable with the cost because if you put your mind into it everyone deserves a perfect smile! His a perfectionist I would definitely recommend his services to anyone and I tell everyone friends and family his amazing.
