★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a big fan of the chocolate made by Palette de Bine! These single origin bars are so well crafted, the flavour of the cocoa bean shines through. Also love the Chanterelle bar - dark chocolate and chanterelle mushrooms is not your typical pairing but it works so well!

We arrived well before open and planned to just sit and wait until open, the owner came out and walked us through all the chocolate and item they have, and served us well before open! We had 6 kiddos with us, she was so incredibly kind! The chocolate was to die for, we enjoyed the blonde, fleur de sel, cafe, and maple caramel bar! Amazing and worth every penny, you can taste the care put into this chocolate! 10/10!
