Beyond the house itself, Mario has been absolutely fantastic to deal with both before and (more importantly) after the sale. He's a straight shooter who 100% stands behind his product. Any time that minor issues have come up, he's made sure they were promptly resolved (and I haven't seen a single bill). He's also been a good resource and thought partner for additional projects we've considered. He takes the bigger picture approach of working with people and has accordingly earned our trust.
