★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The inflator / deflator pin broke on my paddle board, and I thought it was toast. Was super happy to discover that the valve can be unscrewed and replaced. The manufacturer wasn't responsive, and the after market has bottom valves of all different sizes and threads so it wasn't clear which one would work. Took it into paddle gear, and they gave me a replacement and installed it for me. Super friendly, and knowledgeable. Hopefully nothing else breaks, but if it does, paddle gear will be my first stop!

I met Will today he's passionate and genuine about the business and will help you pick out the perfect paddle board/accessories that you're looking for. He's very knowledgable about repairs also, and has a huge selection. They even design their own isups if you want something that stands out from the rest of the generic stuff you might see online. This is my new spot for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will was wonderful to deal with, I got a body glove paddle board rental for just under $50 in April and yes there was an unfrozen lake already- yay!!! BTW .... your rental fee goes towards the purchase of a new board by way of a code they give you to save for your online purchase of a board. They have boards for sale too. Can't thank Will enough. Hours of operation are great too and if need be an after hours drop off is available currently.

I had made the mistake of ordering one of them incorrectly and Will was super great at helping to correct my error at no expense to me. Excited for many summers of paddling and would certainly and WILL definitely recommend Paddle Gear to anyone who is on hunt for new new gear from a great team!

I just picked up my order and was impressed with everything in the store - and the owner upgraded a piece of equipment at no cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service and great boards. Ordered myself and my boyfriend: Naakua ix7. Super fast shipping. One of the boards was missing the fin and a bag had a ripped strap. I emailed customer service on Thursday, Will emailed me back Friday and I had the new fin on my door Monday morning. The boards are so stable in the water and I’m so thrilled! Thank you so much Will!
