★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrific company! Pacific West Home Inspections is truly the BEST! I have used Pacific West Home Inspections 3 times now in the Okanagan area over the past three years. Dave Brice was absolutely fantastic, and thorough, and so detailed (and patient with me 'cause I asked a million questions). He was a knowledgeable educator as well as an inspector. He was very free with his advice, open-mindedness and recommendations throughout the entire inspection process. Personally, I learned a lot from him when buyng these properties for investments and personal use. The Reports he generated had a 6 page summary, and a further 50 pages of detail. Dave took many photos on site, and he used those in the Report to illustrate items/issues that needed to be addressed. He also used the Report to recommend things to watch out for in the future, or to upgrade in the medium term. An excellent report, professionally managed. A price that seemed very reasonable considering the money he was able to save me in the end. Great service. So I would definitely recommend this Pacific West Home Inspections to anyone. If you need me as a referral, let me know because you gotta meet Dave! Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a 50 year old woman buying my first home, I was nervous and had trepidations to say the least. Time was also an issue for me.
Dave to the rescue. He was very thorough, and extremely knowledgable, I do believe he has every inspection ticket available. Dave explained things to me in layman's terms that I could understand and followed up with an extremely detailed report.
He fit me in on a Saturday due to time restrictions I was facing, and was punctual and pleasant.
I would recommend Dave to anyone looking for an inspection.

He gave me a comprehensive report with pictures and took the time to explain it and answer all my questions. He made me aware of some potential issues in regards to our air quality and suggested ways I could correct the problems. I would use Dave’s service again and I recommend him highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contracted Pacific West Home Inspections to conduct an inspection for a Log Home in a northern BC region. It is different from a regular construction, which requires special knowledge. I tell you if it is possible, Dave will make it happen! He flew up to Fort St. John on a Sunday morning, I picked him up at the airport at around lunch time, we drove out to the property and inspected it for 4 hours. Together we inspected everything from the crawl space to the roof, two out buildings, the sewer system, the well and everything inside the place. I was able to ask questions during his absolutely thorough inspection and at the end I knew all the facts i needed to make an educated decision about buying the property. I was able to negotiate better because I knew all the facts, no surprises! At 6:00 pm Dave was on a plane back to Kamloops, I did end up buying the place, thanks to the incredible professional inspection done by Pacific West Home Inspections. Here are the facts folks: I saved thousands of dollars because I knew exactly what I was buying. My next real estate purchase will be examined by Dave again and that's a fact too!
Thank you so much Dave and I can really recommend your service to anyone who needs to know the facts before buying a piece of real estate!

Dave responded quickly to my phone call, scheduled a time and completed the report several days ahead of the promised date. The level of detail in his report was awesome and helped me feel confident that my desired building, is a good purchase. Any time I've had questions or needs, Dave has always responded quickly. I will use him again, no doubt!
