Arrived on time, quickly determined solution to problem, also detected additional fault and subsequently replaced a worn out heating element, gave great advise on correct operating procedures. Overall excellent quality of work, wore boot covers, kept proper physical distance protocol, cleaned work area and confirmed proper working condition before leaving. Courteous and efficient, highly recommend calling this company !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colby came and fixed my Fulgor Milano gas range and the Blomberg dishwasher quickly and efficiently. With the time and labour and parts, it was still under than $200. Way better than Unimaster - the guy from Unimaster mis-diagnosed the problem and charged me $250 but didn't even fixed the problem. Go with Pacific Specialty Brand - don't bother with Unimaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Pacific specialty brands two time now for my Blomberg dishwasher and both times the customer service was excellent. the staff are great and not "robotic" sounding at all.
I love my Blomberg dishwasher it does a better job than $1500.00 dishwashers and these guys easily help me keep it running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bloomberg fridges (I have two of them) have ice buildup. I did some research online but it is hard to find helpful information about the issue. I was told that PSB is the certified repair company for the appliance in Vancouver. Initially I was hesitant to use PSB because there is not much web review available about their fridge repair service but decided to try them out. The technician, Kenneth Wong, is knowlegeable about the issue. He was able to go at it and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. He also explained the problem to me clearly. The dispatch service also advised me before the service to turn off the fridges several hours ahead. This helps to save the technician's time to de-ice the fridges and lower the repair cost significantly. Overall I am happy with the service.

Alan is a most personable, polite, nice and Professional young man, and a credit to you. Most impressed.
