I am not a food critique but I know the taste of saltiness, and this restaurant’s food is very salty. I would not recommend anyone to eat here. I am also enraged about this restaurant how they treat their costumers.

I’ve never had phillipino food before, must say I am very impressed! The flavours were amazing! Portions were large enough to share. Great variety! Live band was very loud and had to call the waitresses if we needed them. Very good experience over all tho.

Chopsuey’s carrots is rotten, cabbage looks like has mold (black), lomi is full of pepper and only contains chicken bones, pinapaitan no longer the same as I can only taste bitterness. We paid entrance fee of $3 each and surcharge of 10% for just 3 people. This should be ok should the food is worthy, worst Pinoy food ever.

Ordered their breakfast menu, tapsilog didn’t have any taste and the serving portion of the beef seemed like serving size back in the Philippines where everything was expensive thus the small portions. For the price of $17 it wasn’t worth it. It was all fried rice, seemed like the main were the eggs and the beef was just a side dish.?.

This is their 5.99 each Lumpiang Sariwa. So disappointed. Very small, failed wrapped and soggy. We ordered crispy pata too and it's the worst crispy pata Ive ever tried. Like a rubber not crunchy at all. I will never come back to this place for Filipino food. Overpricing and bad food quality. The rumor was right.

We ordered a few dishes to try: nilaga na Baka, Laing, lechon kawali, bbq sticks and their fried rice. We barely touched our food because it was super salty! The only ones we were able to eat properly was the bbq sticks, and the fried rice. The nilaga and Laing was super salty, we took it home and added more water and cooked it again. The lechon kawali was too crunchy and dry, you can clearly see it has been running under the heat for awhile and was reheated to serve to us. We decided to skip on dessert because of how unsatisfied our meal was. Food quality needs work and please relax on the salt! The waitress was nice and seated us right away, so at least there’s 2 stars.

As part of Filipino Restaurant Month, I was invited to try this restaurant! It was actually my first time trying something other than the veggie lumpia (spring rolls) and I was amazed at how much I enjoyed it ?. ???? ?? ?????: ʟᴜᴍᴘΙͺα΄€Ι΄Ι’ Ι’α΄œΚŸα΄€Κ: Can't ever go wrong with spring rolls! Filled with a variety of vegetables, these spring rolls are crispy, perfectly golden and delicious! Κœα΄œΚ€Ι΄α΄Ι΄Ι’ α΄›α΄€Κœα΄Ι΄Ι’: Definitely the highlight for me! These delicious, cheesy, baked mussels are amazing. Totally returning for an order (or two ?) of these mussels! Ι΄ΙͺΚŸα΄€Ι’α΄€Ι΄Ι’ Κ™α΄€α΄‹α΄€: Unfortunately, the life of a foodie requires your camera to eat first ?, as such the soup was cold when I went to try it. I think I'd have enjoyed it when it was warm. α΄˜α΄€α΄„ΙͺꜰΙͺα΄„ Κœα΄œα΄› Κ™α΄‡α΄‡κœ° κœ±α΄˜α΄‡α΄„Ιͺα΄€ΚŸ: This beef stew in a special tomato sauce was the perfect main. The beef was soft and perfectly seasoned and the light curry went really well with the rice and vegetables it was served with. Also totally loved that it was served on a "sizzling plate" α΄„ΚœΙͺᴄᴋᴇɴ Κ™α΄€α΄„α΄ΚŸα΄α΄…: I didn't personally try this, hit a friend did and loved it! Κœα΄€ΚŸα΄ Κœα΄€ΚŸα΄: This dish looked so amazing and I was so sad that I couldn't eat it ?. My tummy was way too full, but I guess that just means I need to go back to have it LOL! Κ™α΄œα΄‹α΄ α΄˜α΄€Ι΄α΄…α΄€Ι΄ (ɴᴏᴛ ᴘΙͺα΄„α΄›α΄œΚ€α΄‡α΄…): I loved this dessert! It was full of jello and young coconut in a pandan-infused cream. Another must order item for me! Overall, I really enjoyed Filipino cuisine and this won't be the last time I visit Pacific Hut Restaurant! Follow me on @WanderingInYYC for all things YYC!
