Absolutely a 5 stars raiting!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful building, with large apartments and amazing views. It's also exceptionally run. Sabina, the landlord, has been so helpful throughout our time here. She's so nice, always happy to help and have a chat! Thanks so much for everything. I loved my time here!

My partner and I were welcomed to the West End neighbourhood to start a new chapter of our lives by this lovely couple who were beyond invested in ensuring we were comfortable. The building is beautifully maintained, and such a perfect location to call home for anyone who embraces this beautiful area of Vancouver. We are so grateful to be renting with the Hollyburn group, as we have never witnessed such a caring group of professionals who ensure their tenants feel at home. Thank you!

Fantastic location & our apartment had a stunning view.
The building is well managed & maintained.
Sabina and Valentin were always kind and quick to follow up on any requests.
They really make you feel at home.

They are friendly, cordial, efficient, proactive, responsive and incredibly helpful. It's been such an outstanding experience and a pleasure to have such an incredible team to count on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good area to live in downtown Vancouver. It's close enough to downtown to reach everything (if you don't mind walking uphill), but far away enough to be quite quiet. It's also super close to the beach and the seawall.
Sabina is a good landlady, and they don't take long to fix stuff.
My suite didn't have a microwave, and I don't know if the others do.
The laundry room is shared.
If you leave your bicycle in the bike locker in this building, use a proper lock (a U-lock). I used a cable lock for mine, and it got stolen.
In some times of the year (mostly 4/20), people use the back of the building as a toilet.
