★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m always really impressed and delighted with how proactive our building manager, Ioana, is. She ensures that any concerns with our unit are addressed swiftly and keeps the building looking pristine. When she had to issue me a noise complaint a few years ago, I was worried it would make living here awkward and uncomfortable, but she’s a true professional and remained friendly and upbeat. Best building manager I’ve ever had!

The apartments are a short walking distance from Davie village and Sunset beach making it easy to access the beach and be close to the many restaurants and grocery stores. The neighbourhood is peaceful, well maintained and green. The building is well managed and clean. The building manager Ms.Ioana is super efficient, courteous and very helpful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Santana Rental Apartments is conveniently located close to all the shops, restaurants and cafes that I need. I have been living here for the past 10 years and I am very happy with the apartment, the building and our very helpful and friendly manager, Ioana. It’s a couple of streets from the sea wall, the beach and in the middle of most of the big public events that happen in the neighbourhood.

The location is a short albeit steep walk from sunset beach and steps away from Davie St, it's within a 15-20minute walking distance of Stanley Park, and very accessible to the downtown core. The building manager here has always been outstanding, we've always been totally impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first and best apartment we have ever known and loved. Honestly, the memories I have of my time here are unparalleled, and the space had a large part to play in that. Our apartment, while small, was perfectly conceived. The views were sublime, the balcony idyllic, and the light was every photographers' dream. Ioana, the building manager, is superb at her job, and runs the building with a huge amount of care for the property, and every tenant who calls it home. Any issues (of which there were very few) were dealt with extremely competently and efficiently. I would highly recommend considering Santana for your next home - it won't be a decision you regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Santana is a great building to call home. It’s walking distance to some grocery stores, great restaurants, rec centres/pools, beaches and anything you want to do downtown.
The apartment is laid out nicely and the patios are great for a small garden or table and chairs to enjoy the views.
The building itself is managed by Hollyburn and maintained by absolutely wonderful Ioana. The common areas are always tidy and easy to access. Any issues that ever come up are swiftly fix and well communicated about.

Ioana the building manager is always so helpful and takes great care of the entire building and gardens outside.
Would recommend Santana Apartments to anyone looking for a quiet building in a great location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love living in Santana! The location is great, close to sunset beach, grocery stores and the bus stop. The building is quiet even though it's in downtown. The laundry room is convenient and easy to access. Ioana is very nice and always there if there's any issues. The apartment is very spacious and has a wonderful view of the city. Overall, living here has been very homely and warm.
