★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barafield Apartment Building complex is a pleasant place for tenants to live. The environment would be better with building managers that know and love doing their work.
Unfortunately, we have building managers / resident managers that are lazy and have a liking for hiding behind closed doors. Instead of using appropriate tools to clean surfaces, they dont use a vacuum cleaner to do the job. Not to mentioned with bad attitude.
They also lack the diplomacy and knowledge needed to deal with issues; they're not suited to handle a job of this magnitude. Most of the tenants are glad that the couple is moving away and for good.
I find it ridiculous when they tell people that they got a better / bigger offer elsewhere, and that's why they're leaving, a sick to my stomach.!! They are a disgrace, and I hope the next lot of building managers will bring back sanity in the profession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite neighbors, close to the beach, walking distance to shops. Disadvantages are limited parking spaces and only outside. No amenities like gym, club room, office, no in room laundry. Managers are great, friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently moved out of Vancouver but we would love to recommend this building. The location is very nice and the landlords are so nice. Marion and Edi are super professionals, friendly and very welcoming. We were glad we had the chance to meet them before moving. What a nice atmosphere they brought to the place.
