Very unprofessional dissatisfied, Magen very uneducated on property’s.. secretary was amazing and finally got my answer to me after leaving 7 messages for Megan would never use this reality ever again. Would never recommend to any one !!

Not professional. Will give wrong information to you just to shut you up. They make stories up to cover their mistakes and if you go checking they make you feel like you are wrong to be checking. Edit Feb 2022: MJ (owner) I wrote the above review 5 years ago, when your company managed the Strata where I owned a condo. My former employee review of you is: "here is the office, I don't have time to show you anything." You provided no help. I left because I moved away. All the best to you.

I hired this company to select tenants for my rental properties. The Property manager Let my units vacant way too long considering the huge demand for properties. She was rude to the perspective tenants, stood them up, does not respond to email or phone calls and has horrible communication. They moved people into my house and didn’t inform me for weeks. I tried to speak to the owner about my many concerns and the complaint ya I had received from multiple tenants about them,they would not meet with me or respond to my emails or phone calls. The owner yelled at me and threatened to have me removed when I went to the office and tried to speak with her and she told me to take them to court. The owner has no ethics and is completely unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. They cost me thousands of dollars and ignored my complaints. Stay away. They only get 1 star because no stars wasn’t an option. The owner is absolutely the problem. The previous review is totally accurate, they cannot keep staff. It’s a revolving door of people working there. The tenants they chose for me after completing their “background and reference checks” had the police called on them with if the first two weeks. Turns out they were in a current dispute with their previous landlord over damage to their previous suite. The previous landlord wasn’t even contacted by Pace at all and I wasn’t informed about any of it.

LOVE!!! These guys. On the ball, helpful and handled everything. Willetta was fantastic. Took great care of my properties. We have awesome tenants. Get our rent every month and an easy to read statement that we just drop at our accountants. Receptionist is very helpful. Susan always answers our questions promptly. Can’t say enough good things.

Horrible service, rude and combative employees when issues arise who deflect accountability, not proactive at all. When up against a corner they simply stop engaging. Stay away for your own peace of mind and wallet. Read the contract language carefully before signing anything with this company. They use legal jargon to absolve themselves of any responsibility when things go wrong due to their ineptitude and lack of care. One example: When our tennant moved out we were encouraged to keep the deposit due to damage. At the same time the same employee who gave us this guidance was telling the tennant to fight this decision. This went to arbitration and we lost due to our inexperience in dealing with such matters and language in the contract. Because we did not return the deposit (again based on damage and the advice the agent gave us) within a specified time we ended up paying a penalty for both the regular and pet deposit. Since we were not living in PG at the time we paid Pace good money for a number of years and we expected better. We trusted these people and that’s on us but at the end of the day this business is not your friend and they do not have your interest in mind. They are not the trusted advisor home owners are looking for. They do not advocate for their client and are only out for themselves. Too many other issues with this owner including attempted intimidation to list here but it’s not worth hiring these people to manage your property. Similar reviews demonstrate this is not a one off. Edit Feb 25. Pathetic the owner replies over a year after this initial review and we can see “not our client” has been applied to most negative reviews. My partner was technically your client on file however that doesn’t mean the review and facts don’t stand. Pace has a horrible reputation in the community and everyone sees through this sad attempt to deflect.

A former employee who was asked to rate 5 stars in order to raise the ratings. Edited out the 5 stars as I no longer work there and haven’t used the services. If I could remove it I would, but being rude and calling someone disgruntled does not make me want to remove it.

If zero stars was an option, it would be more suiting. They dodge phone calls (never pick up), never return voicemails or emails. Even attempting to get a parking space took five months, which later turned out to not even go through.
