I had the worst property management experience and will never use a property manager again. This company was unprofessional, sent incorrect payments constantly, , lost my contracts. My suite was left unrented for 5 months before I took it back over. They consistently shorted me rent each month which would take over a month to get the correct amount. Any questions I had took forever for someone to get back to me. I never saw my basement suite up on kijiji or facebook while it was empty. They lost my rental keys and tenant contracts. Once I did take back control over my unit lightbulbs were out, place was dirty, holes in the walls and a whole sectional couch was left there. When I was supposed to get my last payout I emailed their accounting department several days before payment to confirm the amount but never heard back from them. When payment date happened they double charged me for management fees and had an invoice in the statement for which there was no proof of what the invoice was for. It took me months of being out thousands of dollars to get the correct payments from them. They are more work than actually running the rental yourself.

Courtney Steinbach has been a wealth of information. I cant thank her enough for the help she has provided me and my family. If you need a property manager, I would highly recommend her.

Courtney Steinbach is a awesome lady to work with at Century 21. She is polite and caring and very nice. She will help you with what ever you need when u rent rent from her company.

I would like to give a "shout out" to Courtney Steinbach Century 21 Property Manager for her attentive and prompt replies to any questions or repairs we have needed. She has always been professional and courteous.

Im not very familiar with the Prince George area and when looking at this property to rent I had specifically asked if it was a good neighborhood, and if there were any break ins. Courtney told me that it was and that she manages another property near by and has never had any complaints of break ins. I took her word for it and we agreed to move in. our SECOND night after moving in my girlfriends car window was smashed and broken into. I am out of town for half the month and my girlfriend lives alone for that time. My girlfriend no longer feels safe at home when im not there. We were not made aware that the upstairs was an air bnb which frequently has different people staying there. We were told it was a couple who lived up there. One of the air bnb renter's vehicle was also broken into and caused my girlfriend even more stress and has been worried that someone might break into the house next. This is just part of our issues we've had with Courtney. We pay an extra $50/month for internet and was told we had our own router, when we tried setting it up we found out that we didn't even have a router and when we asked Coutney about it she didn't have an answer for us. It took us 2-3 weeks to get internet and that was only because the landlord came by the house and we had to ask him directly. Our latest issue we had just recently was Courtney had contacted my girlfriend about getting an electrician in to our place to finish some electrical work. My girlfriend was not home and did not give consent for them to enter our home. When she came home our doors were left unlocked in a neighborhood where we have already seen two break ins of vehicles. Stuff was taken off of our wall and and left on the ground and an electrical panel was left off. These things are unnaceptable and unprofessional for a property manager to do. We were very patient with her from the start but this last incident is where I draw the line. We moved out

Courtney Stienbach is hands down, one of the best property managers we've ever had! She's incredibly hands on and tends to issues or our concerns right there, or soon after. She always goes above and beyond and our properties have never looked better and feel like home. Thank you for your hard work!

I had the best experience with Courtney at Century 21. She is super professional and went above and beyond for me ? super friendly and lovely to have as a landlord. There was a couple things needed to be done and she made sure that it was fixed right away I couldn’t believe how fast it happened. I definitely recommend Courtney She’s amazing.

I have never appreciated a property manager more than Courtney of Century 21 Realty. She is responsive and friendly, super approachable and always pulls through in a pinch. I have always found her to be professional and willing to go the extra mile for me as a tenant. She gives plenty of notice before needing to enter my suite and accommodates any requests I have during any of said entrances to my suite. If I need something looked it, it gets done in a very timely manner and honestly if Courtney ever had to leave her job as my property manager I don't know what I would do without her. 5 stars. All the thumbs up. Century 21 is fantastic.
