This was my first time trying to buy a home and even tho I wasn’t able to find one in the area I wanted within my budget because of how insane the market is right now she was awesome to work with and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She was extremely helpful, reliable and communicative throughout the whole process. It was plain as day that she truly cared about my families best interests and with that said she did not let us waste time on properties not appropriate for us. She is very thorough, professional and her knowledge, integrity and hard work ethics were very much appreciated. If you want a realtor who is honest, hard working, companionate and no BS I’d definitely recommend her.

She got us great listings that fit our stated needs, and when we went to showings she was able to provide critical advice on the market, property potential, and other matters.
Our first experience with a buying realtor was very negative, but Shannon completely turned that around. I would recommend to anyone.
