There has never been a better and most safe way to transmit hard copy Data without consulting an antivirus software, and hope it caught up with all the viruses, worms, Trojans, and other forms of data intrusion. If I could give 0 stars I would. Letter carrier wont' separate mail between upstairs and downstairs mailboxes and refuses to do so. Delivery of shipments (extra $ spent for expedited or Intl shipping) means nothing to them. Consistently leaving amazon and other boxes in open view on the street w/out even ringing our door bell, even though the note on our mailboxes say, due to theft, pls ring the doorbell. Just horrible.

If I could give no stars, I would. These Canada post morons give the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. They're extremely rude and incompetent when it comes to actually helping a customer. Several times now, I have had packages shipped from Richmond that have arrived in Prince George early in the week and have sat in their "sorting facility" for 72 hours, yes SEVENTY TWO HOURS. At this point, in my frustration I had gone down to the facility requesting to pick up my items only to be turned away in the most ignorant manner. Why on earth am I not able to go collect my packages?! Literally every other courier in Prince George is happy that you're saving them the trip to deliver it if you do! Because of their frequent inability to deliver my packages on time I have to tell my customers that their products won't be completed on time, this leaves me in a bad spot with business and disappointed customers. It is absolutely deplorable that Canada Post can't even get a package to me from Richmond in seven days when DHL can get a package to me from CHINA of all places in five to seven. With all of this, Canada post employees feel that they deserve more of our taxpayer money to continue on with their lackluster performance resulting in them being not only a financial burden but a mentally exhausting one at that. I will drop to my knees and rejoice when the day comes that this sad excuse for a federal service is dissolved by our government. Way to go Canada Post, you've angered yet another citizen.

As a matter fact this location does not deserve a star! The location on 5th ave On Christmas Eve.I went there with my girlfriend to mail a few boxes, when it was purchased and posted the worker she just through the boxes to the back as we were leaving. Don't think its right to just throw people stuff around. That's is very disrespectful. So whoever worked on Christmas Eve she should get written up. The only reason I am reviewing it now is cause my smart phone gave me a pop up reviewing to where all I stopped at.

My passport with all my ID for application was lost. It was tracked to this location and then, nothing. Two weeks before my wedding. The supervisor immediately put me to work. I found out that the landlord had given out to many keys to my unit. So my mailbox wasn’t even being used anymore. I was never informed. Neither was my landlord. Now the supervisor has told me to obtain a master key from my landlord and given me permission to search all other units mail. This seems counter intuitive to mailbox security. I’m in a state of shock.

2 parcels in a row in 2 weeks stolen or lost from Canada post. No help our care, no costumer service or support. Not deserving of 1 star.

Holy! Ladies at front desk at this location are overwhelmed with heavy work load. I do understand their situation especially during these unpredictable times and holidays fast approaching! Customer service is definitely suffering and falls short of quality. It's too bad since it takes away alot of appeal from what Canada Post truly stands for

I come in for work deliveries very often, only for a quick drop off and receive a date stamp. There is a very rude worker here, that definitely gives me racist vibes. She dismisses what I have to say and speaks to me in a very mean manor. All other employees at this location have been rather understanding and helpful with the fact I come in to do business registered mail drop offs.
