Had a reservation at 6:15. Got there at 6:17 and they had already given our table away. Owner was super rude to us and kept saying “you were too late, you were too late” and proceed to kick us out after saying that we were in the wrong for being 2 minutes late…

Place was great. Had a group of 8. Service was 10/10. Sushi was fresh. Great experience. Not sure why everyone is giving low reviews. This place was really good

We just visited this restaurant 3 days ago. It’s quite pricey and waiting time too long. We told them that we couldn’t eat yams, but they still gave us yams in our dish. We didn’t wait for another order, so we just took all the yams out of our order. We won’t come back again!!

Super rude owner. Our plates were taken before we were done eating without asking and the bill dropped like “get out”. Grabbed the chair away from us before we’d even left to set another table. No thank you, no nothing.

The service was SOOO BAD here. The server was rude and aggressive, throwing menus at us, flipping her hair at my friend without noticing herself. And the owner was even worse! Did not apologize for a disgusting, bug-looking thingy that we had found in our soup and just sat beside us, pretending nothing had happened. I really don’t understand how a restaurant like this is still operating. PLEASE save your money and never visit this place or you would just get as upset as we are right now. ???

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Pray you don't have any mistakes with your food order. POOR customer service and even worse problem solving. Owner does not care about anything other than money and kicking out customers after paying. Lack of effort in staffing and dining experience. Owner openly repetitively swore at us in Korean. If you want Japanese food made by a Korean, go for it, but do not expect any service AT ALL

Overly priced and food was subpar. Do not waste your time. Recommend not going near closing time, because the owner will start shutting the restaurant down promptly at 8:30pm. Could not believe he started clearing plates from customers who were still actually eating. (Oh but he made sure he got paid from each table then promptly started to clear their tables. People are here vacationing and spending money in your establishment … really dude??

Upon entering the store, the girl checking our ID seemed very rushed (it wasn't crazy busy in the store) and flipped through our phone album herself for our vaccine passport. It was weird and an intrusion of our privacy without consent. Upon getting the soup, we found a disgusting HAIRBALL-looking thing in the soup. When we asked the server, she simply said "I dunno" and left. No word of going to ask the chef or looking into the situation. No one working in the restaurant seemed to care about this situation. The owner came out after and we confronted him about the disgusting item in the soup and he also said "I dunno... it's probably beef" (we ordered a seafood soup which didn't make sense, and the ball looks HAIRY) and just simply sat at a table and scrolled his phone. We just sat at our table not knowing what on earth we just ate! Later on when the chef saw the BALL, she even screamed "what is that?". The owner kept trying to avoid the situation and kept saying "I don't know, I just want to go home" and swore repetitively in Korean towards us (ssi-bal) and forced us to pay then kicked us out.
