★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed in their ability to communicate in a timely manner. There were multiple phone calls made and emails sent over a 3 week period before Mr. Oviatt responded. He was in possession of my retainer and had billed for an initial meeting but failed to respond until I requested my retainer be returned. Professional courtesy is lacking in this office. (Retainer has since been returned)
