Outer Harbour Lookout across from the new entrance, Tommy Thompson Park Pavilion. Perfect spot to stop while walking, biking and bike racks provided to lock up you're bikes. Large stone rocks around the waters edge perfect seating. Always a rest stop for ducks and swans. Even now at January 26 there's swans and ducks around the edge. Outer Harbour Marina Road.
