β β β β β We had such a great experience bringing our 6 year old daughter Ariel to the Oura Fine Jewellery and Piercings Studio - Fernanda was amazing. We had two piercers pierce Ariel's ears at the same time which was not painful for her. She picked these cute titanium crystal flower earrings with a flat backing (well designed so it does not make her uncomfortable or pokes her), and we are now almost 4 months after care and the earrings are perfect, my daughter's ears are great and healing well - no redness or infection as we followed Fernanda's excellent instructions. The Studio itself was very beautifully designed and you can tell they take great care in sanitizing equipment and providing a safe environment for the piercing. They are excellent with kids and we would highly recommend going there for your child's piercing.

β β β β β My 7 year old daughter had her first piercing done here based on a friend's recommendation. They do a consultation first and go over what happens and the aftercare and answered all her questions. We booked the next day for her piercing and they were kind enough to fit me in as well for a second lobe piercing.
There was zero pressure to rush in picking jewellery and they were very helpful. During the piercing, Thor walked her through all the steps and made sure she was comfortable and that it was ok to stop at any time. I loved how she was included in the process. The piercing went well with no tears and she got the sweetest surprise gift at the end.
Worth the drive to go here, highly recommend this place! Thanks for the amazing experience!

β β β β β My friend and I were pierced by Thor and it was overall an incredible experience. The studio is clean and stylish. Thor was very thorough throughout the entire process, outlining each step along the way. This is the only place I will go for a piercing in the future.

β β β β β A few days post-piercing atm and so far so good.
Explained everything so well. Very sanitary, showed me the sterilization strip. Needle went in sharps bin after use.
They really worked with me to examine which piece of jewelry would make sense (instead of defaulting to the most expensive option, for example), offered advice on placement options, and were just so chill and easy to work with. I'm actively thinking about another piercing just to be able to go back!

β β β β β Highly recommend this place! The studio is beautiful and they have high standards for cleanliness and sterilization. Fernanda was so patient and helped me pick out pieces that I am in love with. She took the time to explain every little detail. I wish I knew about this place when I originally got my piercings done.

β β β β β Going into Ouro was everything other reviews have raved about, and more. All staff were really present people: genuine, understanding and (SO VERY) patient as I browsed, experimented and decided. Pleasantly surprised, l also learned new things from my piercer to better curate for my own anatomy in styling and comfortβ something that other local studios are lacking as they just want to pierce/adorn you, bill you and get you out for their next walk-in appointments.
The quality of care, the bright decor and airy atmosphere with a personalized experience are elevated and were really deeply enjoyed. Thank you so much to each of you: Fernanda, Tina and Thor! I'm so happy to have found a proficient and professional piercing studio with a beautiful array of high quality jewelry in Vancouver, BC. Looking forward to being back to add to my collections again soon!

I love how the store is super clean and has a chill environment, and how they are really transparent throughout the appointment (including pricing + jewelry selection, the cleaning/sterilization processes and the piercing itself.) I had Thor pierce my conch and he was amazing - thank you!

β β β β β I got my first ever ear lobe piercings here today!! I really appreciate how patient Tina is, she introduced me their collections of ear rings, and helped me to pick them. Thor did the piercing part, he clearly explained what steps we would go through and why. The entire process is 100% stress free. One thing I value the most is their sanitizing process, extreme high standard. Itβs quiet important to me since Covid-19 is still impacting us. Btw, cute plant and flowers!
