Eric (the vet)cares only about the animal and what's best for them, best care I've received for my pets by far. Eric maybe not the most personable for humans cause it's all about the animals and I 100% appreciate it :)

The front desk girl Genna treated me like I was worthless. She told me she didn't have time to talk to me about my dog because there are 4000 other clients that need her attention. I just wanted an appointment to see the vet. I ended up booking somewhere else and am way happier with the services. The vet Eric has no bedside manner, is terse and misdiagnosed my dog....twice.
Skip the heartache and book elsewhere. I wish I had done so sooner...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no better place to go on the island in my opinion. I have had many vets in the past, and none of them compare to Erik and his staff.
They give great care to all pets, at a very reasonable cost.
One of our family dogs was very nervous and scared of people. But Erik was able to form a strong bond with her. They were comfortable with each other until the day we had to lay her to rest.
Erik and his staff created a very comfortable environment for both our dog, and my family when that time came.
Since we have been going to them, we have had to put down two of our loved animals. And both times they were all very kind and compassionate to us and our pets. And followed up with kind letters from the staff.
I won't take my pets anywhere else unless it's an urgent emergency and they are fully booked. I can't recommend any other place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the only place we'll take our pets. When all hope was lost with our cat's autoimmune disorder Erik found a way to give him 3 more years that were generally happy and pain free.
They've helped us through our worst times, and treated our animals with kindness and compassion. Easily the best veterinarian and staff I've ever been helped by.

They are taking COVID very seriously and sadly are not letting customers in with their animals to see the Vet, but my cat came out calm and it didn't take very long to be seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vet is a dog person and it shows, not very gentle with cats. Also expects me to pay for a checkup everytime my cat needs a flea shot and I feel that's just a cash grab and unnecessary.

I cannot thank Erik and his staff enough for helping my dear cat friend "Missy Punkin" on very short notice. Your calender was booked when I called. Our cat was near the end of her journey. You served the clients that where booked, and you still managed to set Missy free on short notice. This spared her suffering and pain, while putting our family at ease over a long weekend. We would have been in dire straits had it not been for your caring, professional, flexable service.
Eric, you are not just a great Vet, you are also a dear friend, as I write this tears are rolling with my gratitude for all you do for our forever fur babies.
For 23 years Eric has always been there for our pets.
If you are reading this, you know who to get to help you and your friends, very highly recommended, with love.
