★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go all the way from ottawa to see my specific doctor for pap tests because she is just that good. Upon arrival i was told someone else was doing it! Very unhappy that they didn’t inform me ahead of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you actually get in, I love my doctor (Milko). I spend hours trying to get or sort out my prescriptions. Been on hold now 30 minutes but I am not sure they're even working. They have to figure this out. The prescriptions I mean. Today, I would just like to know if they're even there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very happy with the way things are going , I’ve had two of my appointments cancelled / declined . It’s like my family doctor has no time to speak with me , I also can’t reach other to her without going through several other people . Everyone is kind just doesn’t make sense to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a new patient, I think the clinic is great! I'm able to schedule an appointment to speak w/ family physician in a reasonable time. Physician takes time to listen & address concerns. Impressed with level of care & service provided by the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great hospital and dr. Quackenbush is amazing to have as a doctor. The only problem I have is when your doctor is away on vacation and you have to see another doctor name dr. Boyd. This Dr. Boyd has a real attitude and could care less about you. It's sad that you have someone like that working in Almonte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Turcotte is very knowledgeable and I'm ++thankful to have her as my GP, especially considering the current shortage of primary care practitioners. It has never been an issue to get in urgently when needed and staff are usually very easy to deal with. Wait times on the phone can be long but nothing unreasonable, if it is important I don't mind waiting an extra 5-10 min. Given the ongoing challenges I appreciate the clinic working and adapting with what they've got.
