★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Through my own personal journey, I've always had trouble finding comfortable shoes that fit my feet... I would get calluses at the bottom of my feet and walking for me was an arduous task because i would feel soreness and tightness on a daily.. but after visiting Rebecca at the Ottawa Orthotics Lab - that all changed! Rebecca patiently shared her best recommendations on shoes that would be a good fit for me, she took the time to answer all my questions (and I always had many, so thanks Rebecca) and most importantly I was able to find comfort in walking again with orthotics that were custom made for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience at Ottawa Orthotics Lab. During the pandemic I was struggling to find an orthotics company that would return my phone call or give me a reasonable appointment time. The Ottawa Orthotics Lab team scheduled me in quickly and even organized a second fitting appointment.
I worked with Kevin Carrington who is extremely easy going, professional and knowledgeable. I asked question after question and Kevin provided detailed medical examples and advice. During my appointment I asked for some advice on powerlifting shoes. The next day Kevin sent me a personal email with his 'top 3 favourite workout shoes' -really appreciated.
I made my appt on Nov 23 and had my orthotics on December 1st - amazing. On top of the great service, they also re-covered my old orthotics that I have been wearing since 2004 (super old) which I now use as a backup pair. Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first went to Ottawa Orthotic Lab in the Spring of 2018 with a lot of pain in my feet due to a previous work injury. Kevin assessed me and fitted me with a pair of orthotics. I asked for some modifcations to be made and he was very patient, professional and expeditious. I went back this year (January 2022) for a new pair of orthotics and the service was as good as I remember it.

Rebecca was extremely knowledgeable, personable and very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone and the quality of there products are amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience with Rebecca! She took the time to really assess my needs (including a run analysis), explain the cause of the pain, and her recommendations. She was very receptive when I needed some adjustments made to the insoles, and was able to make them on the spot. I've been running in my new insoles for months now with no more pain. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with Kevin, he was a wealth of information, professional to work with, and very personable right from the start. I had custom foot orthotics made and every step was quick and painless, from the initial assessment to the gait analysis and casting. The cast is even given to you so you get a discount if you for whatever reason you need another set made. There was a very quick turnaround time, as they are manufactured in-house. The orthotics have been great so far, leagues ahead of over the counter products. Reduced pain, increased comfort, incredibly durable, and a long warrenty. They also offer adjustments if you aren't satisfied. All of the information to make submitting an insurance claim very easy was given. I would recommend to all family and friends, and would happily return for any work I would happen to need in the future. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first visit way back in mid 2000’s recommended by my physiotherapist. I’ve been going back ever since. Rebecca is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is also very accommodating in both scheduling and adjustments. Their online appointment scheduling is very easy use. In the last year my 13 year old son has now become a client of Ottawa Orthotic Lab as well. I recommend Ottawa Orthotic Lab every chance I get.

He listened to my concerns and took all of those concerns and my individual needs and gave me an orthopedic that was comfortable and one I could put in and go and my heel pain is almost completely gone away. I'm so thankful I found him and the amazing staff,also they were made in a week and getting an appointment was fast and the outcome was the most positive and helpful visit and I'm happy to recommend him and the Ottawa Orthotic Lab! I will only go there for any future needs for my foot care and comfort! At last, thank you Kevin.
