The coaches are amazing and can help you achieve the level of fitness you desire; even if you have injures, illnesses, or reservations about your capabilities. Coach Pete and NCR provide everything you need to be successful in your fitness journey.

The coaches are welcoming, very qualifed and always willing to help! The gym has a great atmosphere and there is always a friendly face/smile. All of the members are friendly and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in! I have met so many new people since joining and it really feels like a community. The box is also spacious and there is a lot of equipment for everyone. I look forward to going to NCR everyday!

Importantly, the coaches are able to adapt the workouts for those members who have injuries, and still ensure that the intensity and spirit of the workout is maintained. It is also a welcoming and friendly community of members from all life stages and fitness levels. The gym itself is spacious, with quality equipment, and the coaches are always looking for ways to improve. They also offer kids classes, kid friendly classes, and old timers classes, enabling everyone to participate. Would highly recommend!

Going to NCR is my favourite part of my day thanks to the coaches, environment, and community at this gym are that are all in a league of their own. The coaches are attentive and make sure classes are well-run and organized, the gym is spacious for both classes and/or open gym style workouts, and the NCR community is like a constantly growing family, always welcoming new additions! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone. Come try it out!

I'd done CrossFit before, been away from it for more than a year but heard great things about NCR so decided to give them a try. From start to finish, it's been an excellent experience! I've had classes with Reza and Kayley so far - two exceptional coaches with lots of patience and motivation. The space is laid out well and clean, classes are the right size and the location is very central. Highly recommend!
