★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good medium sized airport, I've been flying alot in and out over the last 15 years and the infrastructure has been greatly improved and makes for easier check-in and security. One thing though.... Baggage delivery is slow - at Pearson in Toronto, a huge airport, you'll get your checked luggage faster. Always has been slow, not sure why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with security. They flagged EVERY one of my bags… fine, but what happened next is infuriating. I had everything in clear ziploc bags, including my masks and the agent removed EVERYTHING from the bags, contaminating my items in the filthy bin. She never changed her gloves when she opened my items, including my lipstick. Why?!?? She spilled my very expensive pure Chanel perfume (that is only available in store)… but literally took every single item I have out of my CLEAR bags…. I have no idea if items are missing. I am probably going to throw the $55 lipstick away. It just makes no sense. IT WAS IN 3 CLEAR BAGS and we are THREE travellers. The incompetence… I was completely violated… and they found…. Nothing!!!! Furious with the undue and rather unsanitary operations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we flew last week on the Monday, only one security check up line was open. In result, the security line was very very long and if we wouldn't had cut people to go directly to the front of the line up like others did, we would had missed our flight. The company was nice enought to wait an extra 15 minutes for all of us after the gates were supposed to close. I would expect a better management from the airport knowing that this was a rush hour time during the day and decided to open only one security lane which was causing this huge backup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn't seem to be a very busy airport but I was quite early as 6 in the morning so that statement may not be correct
so far this is the only airport that I experienced social distancing Getting To the security scanning section before Getting To the Gate. they do have different lines for nexus holder and non nexus holder. I don't feel much faster using my Nexus thou.
