I was introduced to Elie, who helped me realize I could trade my 2018 for a 2022 and keep my payments right in the range where I wanted them. Elie went out of his way to provide outstanding customer service and I couldn't be happier! I drove away this afternoon in my brand new 2022 Civic Sport and I absolutely love it. When I came in for the pickup, Elie helped make sure I was all set and made sure I knew how to contact him if any issues come up. This is now the third Honda Civic I've had, and I know when it's time for my next one, I'll be returning to Elie and Ottawa Honda.

During this period, he also often reminded me what materials I needed so that I could mention the car more quickly. We purchased a 2022 Honda Pilot from James in September 2021, and when it was stolen a few months later, Ottawa Honda was able to get us back into another brand new Pilot within 24 hours of receiving our insurance settlement. We arrived at their door as first-time buyers feeling apprehensive about car dealerships, and we left feeling happy and confident with our purchase. James, Joseph and Nick took the time to answer all of our (many) questions about the purchase and financing. Then when our vehicle was stolen, they held a new Pilot for us for a week and supported us as we navigated the painstaking settlement with insurance. Nick helped us negotiate the maximum value for our stolen Pilot. He even offered to loan us his personal vehicle when insurance was giving us a hard time with the rental. We didn’t accept of course, but his offer just shows his character. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ottawa Honda to anyone. I would consider these guys family now - like we will probably send them a Christmas card!

At no point did I feel over-pressured or felt like anyone was trying to pull a fast one on me. The entire purchasing process was very transparent, and you could tell that the staff there are quite experienced and have superb client service skills in supporting potential buyers make the right choice. And the warmth does not stop after the transaction is completed. I received follow-ups from my sales person to ensure that I was pleased with the purchase - which I appreciated.
