★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not seem interested in selling me a car. I sent an email inquiry on Kijiji. No response. A few days later, I called in the morning. They said they were too busy that day, so told me to come for an appointment at 10am the next day. I went, and without even getting up from his chair, he handed me the key to go look at the car. The 15cm of snow from the day before had not been cleaned off, so I had to do that. I liked the car very much and wanted to buy it. Basically, they blew me off saying they were very busy. So, I just left. He never even got up from his chair. The car had been listed on Kijiji for 42 days. Doesn't seem like they sell cars, or that they are interested in selling cars. FWIW, I bought a new car today from another dealer.

I was very nervous going into this because I was worried that I would get ripped off. I asked him a lot of questions and he answered them all. I am in a very good situation now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Nissan Micra through this dealership. Being that this is my first car purchase, I was understandably nervous. The salesman was great in calming my nerves, answering all my questions, and informing me on things I did not know to ask. Despite what the used car market is like right now (crazy high prices), I received a very fair deal for the car. Everything was painless from start to finish. Financing, licensing, certification, etc... was all taken care of for me. I was well informed every step through the process. They were even accommodating with how we communicated because their working hours directly overlap mine except on weekends. It was less than a week and I was in my car driving away!
