The price quoted was a little less then other quotes we got. The fellow who actually built the fence was good at what he did and took the time to do the job properly. My only complaint would be a few boards were a little more rough hewn that I would prefer, but overall, the construction of the fence was excellent and Mike Denielowitch (sales person) was very responsive to our questions and concerns. They worked with our schedule to get the fence completed in a timely manner.

They were supposed to come between 1-2pm on a Friday. By 2pm they had not shown up or called. I called to see where the estimator was and the receptionist said she could not reach him and had no idea where he was or what happened. She offered to reschedule.

Everything was done just the way we wanted and the team was professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend Ottawa Fence and Decks and will use them again for any future work!
L	Logan Nathan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't hire this business for your fence. They promised us a 7' to get the contracts signed but they only built 6.5' fences. Even though it is written on the contract as 7' fence, they refused to honor. When I asked about it , I was told that it is the industrial standards. They charged $76 for 6.5' fence. I had a quote from another fence guys for $74/foot for 7'(exact) fence. One of our neighbors, pressurized us to sing contract with this company. I suspect there may be some form of kickbacks to my neighbor.

Ottawa Fence was by far the best quote and could fit us in their busy schedule. Mike is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work all of the staff completed. I strongly recommend Ottawa Fence!
