C	Christine Woermke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just shopped at CTC Rockland. HUGE line up for full service, with 1 cashier, only 1 person at the self check out. I broke down and used self check out. Kept getting error messages, asked for help from the "attendant ". She did not acknowledge me, ask me if I needed help. Obviously she reset the machine because it started working. People are forcing us to us self checkout but offer no assistance. No customer service
M	Melanie Guindon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just bought a 2600$ maximum tool boxes kit. You ask us to pick it up the next day because you didnt have any lift operators. Boxes are damaged and upside down. We did advised that its written fragile this side up. Nobody cared. The 5 boxes were loaded damaged. Now, tool boxes drawers dont open, dented and missing pieces. Really. Now we have to go back a 3rd time to exchange it.

J	Jameson Wolfe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not bring your skates here to be sharpened!!!!!! The staff are not competent enough and do not know how to sharpen skates. We brought two pairs of skates in to be sharpened and they ended up with a 90° edge on them. Worse then when we brought them in. We complained several times, and the response back was basically "this is the best we can do, go somewhere else." Still charged us $14. Absolutely disappointed with the service. Will not be returning. I would suggest going to Sportchek.

I have visit this location several times, & it’s always a pleasure stopping by a clean & friendly environment. I came back to change my 4 ⭐️s to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️rating , simply because of the replied received an hour ago. I literally had to pull over on the side, just to reply back. Haha thank you. I’m definitely a loyal customer to this location.

The service centre is another story, never a great experience unfortunately. New tires were incorrectly mounted on the rims and caused a flat tire within 10 minutes of leaving. Seasonal tire changeover resulted in dirty handprints pretty much everywhere in the vehicle. Time estimates for service have never been accurate. Overall just very frustrated and will not return for service here.
