★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No matter what we buy from these guys, it is ALWAYS phenomenal. Their steaks are the best we've ever had; including from other meat packers + butchers. Bacon, peameal bacon, turkey bacon... amazing. We bought a box of chicken breasts and you cannot beat the quality. It is very hard to eat meat from other places after you've purchased from these guys. We are certainly lifers.
